How can I get a good job?
First, check the job market if there are better paying jobs that suit your skill. Then resign from your current job and apply to the other better paying job.

If you can't resign, that means you haven't stayed more than 3 days yet in your current company. It's either you wait for the 3 day period to end, or you send a message to your general manager, asking him/her/it to fire you.
How can I increase my skills?
You can increase your skills by working everyday. Make sure that if you choose a skill domain (land, manufacturing, or construction) stick to it for the rest of your life. It's better to have one really high skill and get paid huge cash than a variety of mediocre skills and not get paid as much.
Will you run again for President?
Yes.
