New Exchange Rate Benchmarks: Increasing the Value of the Pound

Day 375, 23:00 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by Bank of England

The Bank of England is leading a government effort to increase the value of the Pound. With the market and economy of the United Kingdom showing signs of improving, we feel it is time to strengthen our currency once again. Thus, the Bank of England announces the following recommended exchange rate benchmarks.

GBP:
1 GBP = 0.032 Gold

Gol😛
1 Gold = 40 GBP

The Bank of England will only place offers on the monetary market at these rates for the foreseeable future. This is an increase over the previous exchange rate benchmarks (0.028 Gold/GBP and 38 GBP/Gold).

This measure is designed to increase the value of the GBP. This will make your GBP worth more than they are today. Thus, it is to everyone's benefit - especially those who play the monetary market - to embrace these new exchange rate benchmarks and not stray more than a point or two below them. A little cooperation will go a long way towards increasing all of our fortunes and ensuring the prosperity of the entire United Kingdom.

Remember those new exchange rate benchmarks when engaging in money market transactions.
