Hello,
I was looking on Job market .
And what I see , best salary for skill 2-2.99 is 2CHF (0,0308gold)
for skill 3-3.99 is 3.01CHF(0.0463gold )

Than I want on Marketplace : Food q1 0.60CHF (They buy some food for theirs salary )
Weapon q1 4.86CHF (But they can't buy any weapon )

We need bigger salary , or cheaper weapons . So our people can fight with weapons and make bigger damage , so they can faster become stronger . (Generals , Field Marshal )

I have idea .

We need to collect about 22 gold , so we can open weapon company and buy some iron , and of course leave some money for salarys .
I have already give 10 gold and 50CHF in it . ( +5gold for making ORG )
I hope you will donate the rest . If you can't donate gold , donate CHF ( List of all donors will be present in next article )

And now something about this weapon company -- Salaries : Skill 2 : 2 CHF
Skill 3 : 3 CHF
Now you think this is some joke , but it isn't Salary is the same like in all companys .
BUT when there is soem war where you can fight you will get weapons (2,3,4 i don't know all depend of Productivity )
So our country will be stronger in each war , and each player will be stronger after it .
