Proposals

I put out two proposals so far today. Our continuing "lulz" embargo of China and a new citizens message.

Lulz proposals are made so that the people serving in congress can earn experience points for voting. This is often done as a trade off to make up for the fact that they can not leave the country to fight in other locations.


Please approve the new citizen message. It will help direct people to the forum.
