I wanted everyone to be aware that we have an incompetent Dictator currently as PP of the UKPP.
At least I asked most of the members if they were okay with me running. He holds a primary, and then DOES NOT ABIDE BY IT.
He is either one of two things, and both are not good.
He's either
1. A liar
or
2. Incompetent/clueless about game mechanics.
Or both?
Someone like that should not be UKPP Party President.
It has been at least YEARS(if not the entire time of eRepublik) that CP nominations lock when the day changes to the 3rd of the month. Neil in his infinite wisdom decided to declare the primary would end at this time, thereby making it IMPOSSIBLE for the endorsement to change from AMD(whom he removed me as nominee and put him in as such) and install the winner of the primary.
Aaron Mark Daniels received THREE votes in the entire primary, yet he is our nominee. Frixious was nominally declared the "winner" but it doesn't matter as two-clickers will mostly choose the person who the party banner is under, thereby essentially guaranteeing that a lying, whining child who wasn't even born when John Major was Prime Minister will get to be CP.
For those of you who were not bots and actually voted for Neil as Party President, at least I was straightforward with you and I actually understand BASIC GAME MECHANICS. This is a disgrace to the party that three people have chosen a nominee that even most of the people who didn't vote for me didn't want to carry the party banner. Utter rubbish to put it mildly.

Meh, who cares about him. But there is a difference between his and Neil's mistake. When Willy made a mistake with the dates he was insulting everyone else how they don't know game mechanics and boasted how he is right and everyone else is wrong, all that BEFORE he realised he was wrong, Neil didn't 🙂

Also I may not have been born under a Major Premier ship, but that is coming from someone who didn't live in the country during Major's premiership.
A mistake in game mechanics indeed, although a misconception on Neil's behalf it was a mistake none the less. So lets analyse that, without UKPP non active people voting, with WRP, UKRP and TUP backing I still think you would be rather unhappy on the 6th august.

Technically he was on the ballot as "Someone from UKPP" but not in name as he
a) hadn't PM'd me asking to run, just spammed the feed
b) hadn't produced an article
Admittedly, neither had the other 3 on the ballot, including CheetahCurtis, and I think 2 options changed during the vote.

You can't even get your information right as this is what you stated in the party feed and now you're stating 3 vote, what a liar it's either that or you have some mental capacity issues regarding the basic concepts of "truth and accuracy".

It's an easy mistake to make - I did it myself.
I had asked someone who was even a former CP when the nomination had to be set and they said 3rd. What they meant was before the 3rd and I thought they meant the 3rd was the last date it could be changed.
If it had been the other way round, then yes an argument could be made along the lines you suggest. BUT, actions don't exist in isolation - Neil moved himself out of a Congress position (having topped the ballot) to give others a chance, whereas King William kept nominating himself for CP without even giving party members a say.
That to me is the difference.
So speaks a man who practices negative democracy while spouting about democracy. If you have difficulty with the term "negative democracy" i'll happily explain it to you
Ahh - it is so good to have dear old Ajay (and dependable Dapper) - both stalwarts who can be relied upon to bring forth streams of bollucks to keep us all amused.
Hint: The feedback attached to this article gives a fair indication of where the UKPP and other public feeling lies....
