National wellness

Normal citizen wonders what is the point of increasing wellness, there are many points on why to do that. I will explain some in here, and I will have a suggestion to employees to get raising wellness be good thing, not something you shouldnt do.

First how the wellness is mainly spent.

1) Working = 1 * quality of the company you work in i.e. Q2 company = 2 wellness
2) Training = 1 wellness
3) fighting = 10 wellness
4) moving = depends on the moving ticket

How to gain wellness?

1) food, the higher food, the higher wellness gain.
2) gifts = 1 * quality of the gift.
3) house = the higher house, the higher wellness gain.

Now I will explain why you should increase your wellness.

1) When you have higher wellness your productivity in work will be higher, a lot higher = cheaper products, you can buy the same products for lower price (depends on employer)

2) When you have higher wellness your military efforts will be greater for the country = higher wellness, more damage, more battles, lot of damage made more than with only low wellness

2.1) If you have high wellness you can do more damage, which is important in battles.
2.2) With higher wellness you can fight more times. Every fight uses 10 of your wellness, your wellness needs to be over 40 to be able to fight.
2.3) If you think about your wellness, you shouldn't fight more than the quality of your regions hospital i.e. Kanto has Q5 hospital, which gives you 50 wellness after you have fought. you can fight 5 times and then go to hospital = same wellness than before the fighting (you can only use hospital once in a day).

3) If you take a break of the game and dont have food, you will be alive for a longer period, because you have more wellness.

4) Your salary may be higher because of your wellness.

There were 4 reasons why you should try to increase your wellness.

Now my suqqestion to company owners

One way to get your employees raise their wellness and increase their productivity is to offer them something in return. The best one that I have found is to have wellness bonus on salary. I will be implementing it to my grain and food company very soon.

Offer them 1 JPY more of every 10 wellness in exemple. In japan it would be more like 2-3 JPY / 10 wellness, but this is up to you the company owners.

There are some other ways like paying some salary in wellness as offering gifts, I do that with my grain company and with the employees in there that have accepted it.

I just started and joined a Q2 company and was training and noticed my wellness drop down quickly! I've decided to knock the training on the head for a bit and concentrate on keeping my wellness neutral for now until I can get a better paid job to afford some better food and maybe buy a house.

that sounds like a nice idea, i can really feel the change in my wellness trend when i shifted working from a q1 to a q3 company... i support you (voted)

I especially like the idea of paying part of 'bonus' in Gifts instead of JPY as that will also help to stimulate the economy by the mass purchase of Gifts by company owners to give to workers.

The only problem with GMs giving out Gifts to employees is that workers will always look for the highest-paying job, and Gifts obviously don't get calculated in that.

@InfernoSD: You can do it like the way I do, I have the offer without gifting, and when employee comes to work, I will send a message where I tell about the possible gifting.

That way anyone can choose what they want.

All New employees that hire on are told of the Importance of health level at The Co-Operative and raises are given to those who raise their health.

Low health cost everyone, It raises the cost of everything that is purchased, An sure does affect your wages at work.

Some companies will fire employees with low health the same day they start, To a business owner it is not worth paying someone with low health they only cost the owner money and drive the price of their products up and make them less competitive in the market place.

In usa on Q3-Q5 companies you have to have about 90 wellness all the time.
