Introduction: Due to the international nature of this game, I decided to write all my articles in English, maybe some foreigners would like to read them… If some of you do not understand English that well, please use Google Translator, and again, please excuse my intensions.

My first meeting, held in September, was resumed only at posting some pictures on a website and writing a short article with the link. Let’s just say that was the test… Now I wanted to really tell you something about the last meeting, so that all the undecided people would come Friday, October 31st to the 8th eRepublik Official Meeting in Bucharest.

This meeting was an unofficial one (some users just decided to meet out and relax), the inception was a little slow, being a working today, everyone tried to beat the traffic, eat something on the way, or just to reach the bar in time… The meeting took place at “Curtea Berarilor”, a nice bar on Selari street, near Lipscani, in Bucharest.

I reached the bar at about 6 pm (I left work at about 17:40) and had a beer before the agreed meeting hour (7 pm). The first to arrive was Shadow Figure, after that, one by one, all the other people joined “the table”.

The topics of discussion were of all kinds. From e-politics to relations between various users, from e-economics to eRomania’s future plans. The atmosphere was relaxed, we laughed, had rivers of beer (I had wine with Pepsi), took pictures, but had no food. The bar’s kitchen was closed, so no food until Friday. So they said…

Unfortunately for us, or maybe just for me, no girls came to this meeting so we were about 13 men sitting and debating our e-future. Of course, as always, the differences between eUGD and RU (or other party) representatives were “at home”, but all of that was washed out with beer (or in my case: wine) and everybody was happy.

I was pleased to see Han Solo, Adi Furk, Belea2008, Bogdan Adamutz and the_Mihai again, which I met at my first meeting in September; but I was also glad to meet dsalageanu, Alex Craciun, dabestof, Rootz, TaviTav, bomberclad and, of course, Shadow Figure.

I hope that, after seeing these pictures, many of you that were not sure if they should come Friday evening or not, changed their mind… The real-life social implications of this kind of meetings can be described in entire books, so the real story is the one you experience yourself.
