My Counter to Thor the God

Here, Thor the God calls for help against Finland's invasion of Estonia.
I wanted to make something clear, although I'm in no way advocating how you choose to play the game.
Norway and Finland are brothers in arms, as is Sweden. We are all members of EDEN, and we work together for the benefit of one another and as members of the greater alliance with nations like Poland and Spain.
Estonia, on the other hand, is a member of Phoenix, the "enemy" alliance.
I, in no way, discourage helping Estonia in other matters.* I've never known the nation to cause any real mayham against us in any fashion. However, because of the circumstances regarding Finland, we are obliged to either stay out or assist our ally.
Also, to quote what I said here,
"As has been stated above, Norway and Finland are in agreement over Vestlandet being held until the early new year. This is a fair trade for Finland's expensive mission to kick the Russians out of Norway, while Canada wiped out the UK off our soil.
They are not occupiers: They are peacekeepers.
Regarding the other occupied lands, they are held until the Norwegian government deems fits and safe to reclaim. Finland is simply holding onto them for us.
We have two MPPs; Poland and Croatia. Russia is entirely occupied, but the UK sits across the water with 5 deadly MPPs, not including our shared alliances with the newly born nations like New Zealand and Montenegro (the attacker will lose these weaker alliances).
We don't want a RW, right now. It wouldn't win without the full compliance of Finland or a heavy backing from EDEN, which, mind you, Finland is a brother and part of. Essentially, it'd be wasted gold.
We're all working together."
Finland's efforts to free us from real oppressors was amazing, and a true show of friendship. By holding on to additional regions, they can make some extra money to restock the costs of the war against Russia, and keep our congressional seats lower.
Norway isn't very populated; it's very easy to PTO us. The current problem rests in Congress, where there is little to no competition because of the number of seats versus the number of willing participants. Congressmen vote on in-game events and grant citizenships. If the Congress is taken over and too many more PTOers get in, the presidency becomes threatened.
I ask that we, as a nation, choose not to fight against Finland on behalf of Estonia, an enemy** nation.
*Helping an economy, working together for potential landswaps (if possible), trading, etc.
**I use the term, loosely. Again, I've never had an issue with Estonia, personally or nationally.

He just wants a free Estonia, and if you look at the world map it seems like we are conquered by Estonias enemy: Finland.
