Move to California (or stay in Florida)

Day 928, 00:24 Published in USA USA by Herr Vootsman

Location is very important in eRepublik. In order to keep you wellness and help protect eAmerica, you need to live in the correct region.

If you're below level 4, just wait a day and you'll be able to move. Add me as a friend and feel free to ask me any questions.

In the eUSA, our Q5 Hospitals are located in California, and Florida. If you live somewhere else, you'll need to move to one of those states.

All citizens should live in a region with a Q5 Hospital.

Here's why:
First, living in a region with a Q5 Hospital lets you heal after fighting, which will restore up to 50 wellness that you lost that day from fighting. This will allow you to fight five times per day, which means more xp for you and more damage for the eUSA.

Second, by living in a region with a Q5 Hospital, you add to the wall of that state and the cost to attack. We want all our citizens to live in our Fortress states (which by design are the same states that have hospitals).

Third, by living in the Q5 Hospital regions, you make the remaining non-hospital states disposeable. Now, I know you love your home state, and hate to see it conquered, but in this game, retreating battles has a tremendous strategic importance. It is one of the only ways to regain initiative against an opponent. So, without retreating it many situations, it can be impossible to counter-attack.

Notes: You can work in any region of the country, regardless of the region you live in, so you don't have to change jobs in order to move.

Getting to California (or Florida).

For strategic reasons we currently cluster all our population in our hospital states (known as Fortresses) To do that, you'll need a moving ticket. You can either:

Buy one yourself - Go to Marketplace

or

Request one - Fill out this form: NewCitizenHelp a mention that you need a ticket. You can also get other help there.

Once you have your ticket, move to California (the Change button is on your profile, next to your location). See, wasn't that easy?
