¿Cuál es tu motivación para entrar todos los días y conectarte a este eR en plena decadencia? ¿Porque juegas aun?

Mi motivación actualmente resulta del oficio que me encomendaron y de la esperanza que pueda servir en algo a la comunidad chilena que me ha acogido y aceptado sin prejuicios a pesar de ser un extranjero. Aun si el juego está en decadencia no hay por qué desanimarse a jugar en los diferentes módulos, siguen existentes las diferentes comunidades y siguen jugando muchos amigos con cuales uno puede comunicarse. Todavía el juego no está muerto.

De qué país eres RL?

Soy RL-Alemán, pero vivo desde hace 20 años en Sudamérica, actualmente en Bolivia, después de haber residido también en Brasil y Chile, donde tengo una parte de mi familia.

Eres MoFA Chileno ya tres meses. ¿Cómo encontraste las relaciones exteriores chilenas cuando entraste?

Estaban bien como siempre. Me entregaron como es costumbre un informe con lo que se había hecho el mes pasado y con las tareas pendientes.

¿Cuál fue tu primer desafío al entrar como MoFA?

Bueno, el primer desafío era retomar las relaciones con países aliados con cuales no se había renovado los MPPs por diferentes motivos. Logramos en poco tiempo que se reanude las relaciones con estos países y que se vuelva a firmar MPPs con ellos. Volvimos a firmar MPPs con siete países. Quiero destacar a Italia y Gran Bretaña que se encontraban en situaciones difíciles con gobiernos que buscaban aliarse con Asteria. Pero también gracias por nuestra postura en las discusiones volvieron a alinearse con nosotros, teniendo relaciones más íntimas ahora con nosotros.

En tu opinión, ¿Cuál es el peor fracaso de las relaciones exteriores chilenas?

No se puede hablar de fracaso. Un fracaso seria si una cosa resulta con un resultado adverso a lo esperaba. Pero podemos hablar de omisiones e errores cuando no teníamos el dialogo necesario y adecuado con aliados y otros países para mantener las relaciones con estos países con un balance favorable para nosotros. Un error sin duda era el NE a Perú en febrero. Era bastante imprudente porque sumamos un enemigo que ya había apaciguado y lo hicimos en un tiempo cuando estuvimos en la defensiva en la guerra contra Argentina.

Hace algún tiempo, la mayor parte de los jugadores chilenos parecían jugar contra Perú por delirios de la vida real y viceversa, lo cual hacía imposible una liberación por parte peruana. Pero actualmente vemos a Perú con todas sus originarias libres e incluso con territorios en otros países. ¿Las relaciones exteriores chilenas son más amistosas con los peruanos?

En los últimos meses - desde ya antes de que asumí el cargo - hemos intentado de retomar el dialogo con el Perú. Tuvimos un NAP en enero de este año durante la primero gestión de S.Baileys que se rompió luego del AS de Bulgaria a Australia. Y volvimos a buscar el dialogo con los vecinos durante las intensas campañas militares de marzo y abril que finalmente nos llevaron a un cese de fuego en mayo. El dialogo constante entre los gobiernos de Chile y Perú nos llevó también a un mejor entendimiento de las posiciones de cada uno. Además, creo que quedó demostrado, que Chile ha buscado por voluntad propia un mejoramiento de las relaciones con Perú.

Se dice que Chile está próxima a dejar de lado a MKD y Bulgaria. ¿Que opinión tienes al respecto?

Son hasta ahora puros rumores. Todavía no está escrito en ni una página si seguimos juntos con Bulgaria y Macedonia o si vamos en caminos diferentes. Cada país va a escoger el camino que mejor les conviene. Pero no es nuestra política de dejar a los aliados solo para cambiarlos por otros o por hacer un cambio. La cuestión se decide en cuando uno de los tres se alinea con el peor enemigo del otro. Mientras tanto la discusión sobre si o no, no tiene lugar.

¿Crees que el plan que une a toda Hispanoamérica en contra de una dictadura externa funcione? ¿En que se basaba esa petición desde MoFA Chile?

Claro que sí. Lo que hace falta es solo la voluntad de los gobiernos de los países sudamericanos de hacerlo realidad. Todo el mundo habla de la necesidad de revivir los módulos políticos en las diferentes comunidades. Volviendo a la democracia en nuestros países podríamos realizar esto. La introducción de las dictaduras en el juego ha destruido algunas comunidades y sus módulos políticos. Se puede decir en algunos países los módulos políticos están muertos. Demasiados buenos políticos han abandonado el juego.
Además el ejemplo de Venezuela nos ha demostrado como foráneos roban a un país y dejan atrás una comunidad sumamente dividida.

Serbia y Chile han tenido batallas enormes tanto en los Balcanes, como en Sudamérica. ¿Crees que el plato se repita?

No se sabe, pero es muy probable. Serbia e Asteria viven practicamente de las guerras contra Chile al igual que las guerras contra Serbia emocionan a la comunidad chilena, si se acuerdan de la batalla por Guyana en el año pasado cuando sacamos a Serbia de Sudamérica. Asteria ya hubiera muerto hace tiempo sino fuera por las guerras contra Chile.

Se dice que Chile traiciono a Perú. ¿Imaginas que en algún momento ambos países vuelvan a firmar MPP?
¿Crees que algún día Chile y Perú alcancen un NAP como Croacia y Serbia, o es impensable?

Ya tenemos un NAP con algunas observaciones (EBM). Estamos interesados en mantener la calma en la región. Si podemos llegar más lejos algún día en las relaciones entre nuestros países depende mucho 1) como va a evolucionar el sistema internacional de las alianzas y 2) de la voluntad de los futuros gobiernos en nuestros países de seguir adelante con el dialogo empezada.

El que actualmente Chile conserve todas sus originarias, y se encuentre en la India, ¿es gracias a vuestra diplomacia, o a la fuerza de batalla?

Por las dos cosas. Con el acuerdo con Hungría y Perú pudimos sacarnos encima un frente en la lucha por nuestras originarias y así pudimos potenciar nuestro daño en la liberación de las regiones ocupados por Argentina. Esto también nos permitió el mes pasado volver a volar a la India. Hemos mejorado bastante la coordinación entre digamos el cuerpo diplomático y las fuerzas armadas, lo que nos permite concentrar nuestro daño en batallas decisivas y también en ayuda de nuestros amigos e aliados. Cabe destacar también la cooperación del gobierno de la India con nosotros y los otros aliados que ocupan una parte de sus regiones para protegerlos de una invasión enemiga.

La gran calma que se cierne en Sudamérica, ¿es causa del aburrimiento, o es un trabajo conjunto de los países?

Aquí también influyeron las dos cosas. Después de una guerra intensa y larga entre Chile y sus aliados por un lado y Argentina y sus aliados por el otro lado, muchos se cansaron de seguir con esa pelea. En esa guerra cada bando ha demostrado sus habilidades militares con un borrado del otro y con esto para muchos bastaba. A pesar de que Argentina no quería firmar un NAP con nosotros, el CP de este mes, VyC, no quería retomar la guerra y se enfocó en Europa. Chile se centró junto con Paraguay en hacer salir a Rumania del continente y la salida ya acordada de Hungría solo es una cuestión de tiempo. Entonces los sudamericanos se quedan y en vez de pelearse de nuevo entre ellos, están buscando diversión afuera.

Hasta hace poco se le reprochaba a Chile sus malos manejos en lo que respecta a relaciones exteriores. ¿Crees que esto era cierto? ¿Ha cambiado?

Como dije antes, hubo omisiones respecto al mantener el contacto con algunos países en el pasado, pero no creo que hubo un mal manejo. Hemos intensificado bastante el flujo de informaciones entre los gobiernos aliados y con algunos países en particular.

Actualmente MKD tiene MPP con Hungría, y ustedes una TW, ¿se acerca un MPP Chi-Hun ?

Uno no tiene nada que ver con el otro. Hemos mejorado enormemente las relaciones con Hungría en los últimos meses a pesar de tener una breve guerra después del ataque aéreo de Hungría a Bolivia. Y llegamos hasta tener un NAP con ellos. Si se puede firmar también un MPP con ellos hay que ver en el futuro. Chile siempre ha sido el enfoque de los ataques por parte de Asteria, e Hungría aún está ligada estrechamente a esta alianza, lo que podría causar problemas a Hungría. Sin embargo hemos solucionado en estos días muchos problemas con la cooperación complaciente de ambos países, como el NAP tripartido, la protección de Bolivia, la liberación de nuestras originales, regiones de bonos para Chile y el acercamiento con Australia.

Sabiendo que es poco probable la unión de Tur-Cro con MKD, ¿Es posible que Chile deje a MKD a su suerte?

Macedonia es una de los países más cercanos a Chile y nosotros siempre hemos luchado junto con ellos por su libertad, por nosotros y por los aliados. No nos gusta la idea de ir caminos diferentes. Y vamos a hacer todo lo posible que esto no pasara.

Si se crease en estos momentos una nueva alianza. ¿Con quienes se alineará Chile?

Chile va estar con los aliados que desean estar con Chile y que comparten la visión del juego que se va a hacer prevalecer en Chile.

¿Existe una política de apaciguamiento chileno?

No, definitivamente no se trata de apaciguamiento. Estamos interesados en mejorar las relaciones con muchos países, hacer nuevas amistades y ganarnos nuevos aliados. Eso no se puede lograr con una política de apaciguamiento. Esto se logra demostrando que uno es serio respetando los tratados y acuerdos y que uno honra las amistades e alianzas peleando por ellos.

Chile hace un tiempo prometió borrado eterno a Nueva Zelanda, pero ahora le arrienda regiones. ¿A qué se debe este cambio?

El prometerles un borrado eterno era por su política de hacer posible los aterrizajes de algunos países enemigos en la región. Pero no se había que entender como una amenaza seria. Alquilamos ahora otra vez regiones en Nueva Zelandia como lo hacíamos antes también.

What is your motivation to log in everyday and connect to this eR in decline? Why do you still play?

My motivation results from the office I got entrusted and I hope that I can serve in something the Chilean community which has welcomed and accepted me without prejudice despite being a foreigner. Even if the game is in decline there is no need to get discouraged to play in the different modules, different communities still exist and a lot of friends - with whom one can communicate - continue to play.The game is still not dead.

From which country are you in RL?

I'm RL-German, but I have lived for over 20 years in South America, currently in Bolivia, after having also lived in Brazil and Chile, where I have also some family.

You are MoFA of Chile for third month now. How were the Chilean foreign affairs when you started in your office?

They were all right as always. They gave me a report as usual with what was done last month and the pending tasks.

What was your first challenge when entering as MoFA?

Well, the first challenge was to resume relations with allied countries which had not renewed the MPPs for different reasons. We soon could resume relations with these countries and sign new MPPs with them. We re-signed MPPs with seven countries. I want to emphasize Italy and Britain who were in difficult situations with governments seeking to ally themselves with Asteria. But thanks to our position in the discussions they turned over to us again, having more intimate relationships with us now.

In your opinion, what it is the worst failure of Chilean foreign relations?

You can not talk about a failure. A serious failure is if something has an adverse outcome as expected. But we can talk about omissions and mistakes when we did not have the necessary and appropriate dialogue with allies and other countries to maintain relations with these countries with a favorable balance for us. An error was certainly the NE on Peru in February. It was quite reckless because we add an enemy that already had been appeased and we did it in a time when we were on the defensive in the war against Argentina.

Some time ago, most of the Chilean players seemed to play against Peru by delusions of real life and vice versa, making it impossible for Peru to liberate itsself. But now we see Peru with all its cores and with territories even in other countries. Are the Chilean foreign relations more friendly with Peru, now?

In recent months - from even before I took office - we have tried to resume the dialogue with Peru. We had a NAP in January this year during the first term of S.Baileys which was broken after the Bulgarian AS on Australia. And we returned to seek the dialogue with our neighbors during the intense military campaigns in March and April that eventually led us to a ceasefire in May. The constant dialogue between the governments of Chile and Peru also took us to a better understanding of the positions of each other. Also, I think it was demonstrated that Chile has voluntarily sought to improve relations with Peru.

It is said that Chile is about to leave aside MKD and Bulgaria. What do you think about that?

Those are pure rumors so far. It is not yet written on any paper if we will stay together with Bulgaria and Macedonia or if we will go different paths. Each country will choose the path that suits best for it. But it is not our policy to leave allies only to replace them with others or to make a change. The matter will be decided when one of the three lines up with the worst enemy of the other. Meanwhile the debate about whether or not, is senseless.

Do you think that the plan that unites all Latin America against a dictatorship could work out? On what was based the request of the Chilean MoFA?

Of course, it could work. What is needed is only the will of the governments of all South American countries to make it happen. Everybody talks about the need to revive the political modules in the different communities. Returning to democracy in our countries could make this happen. The introduction of the dictatorships in the game has destroyed some communities and their political modules. You can say, in some countries the political modules are dead. Too many good politicians have left the game. Besides that, the example of Venezuela has shown us how outsiders rob a country and leave behind a completely divided community.

Serbia and Chile have had big battles both in the Balkans and South America. Do you think that will happen again?

We don´t know, but it`s very likely. Serbia and Astyeria practically live from the wars against Chile as the wars against Serbia excite the Chilean community, may you remember the battle for Guyana last year when we get rid of Serbia in South America. Asteria already would be dead a long time ago if there weren´t the wars against Chile.

It is said that Chile betrayed Peru. Can you imagine that at some point the two countries sign MPP again?
In your opinion, do you think that one day Chile and Peru reach a NAP as Croatia and Serbia, or is that impossible?

We already have a NAP with some observations (EBM). We are interested in maintaining calm the region. If we can go further someday in the relations between our countries depends heavily on 1) how the international system of alliances will evolve and 2) on the willingness of the future governments in our countries to continue the dialogue we begun.

Currently Chile retains all its cores and has also regions in India. I this because of your diplomacy, or because of your miltary power?

It´s because of both. With the agreement with Hungary and Peru we were able to get rid of a front in the fight for our originals and so we were able to enhance our damage in liberating the regions occupied by Argentina. This also allowed us to fly back to India last month. We have greatly improved coordination between - let´s say - the diplomatic corps and the armed forces, allowing us to concentrate our damage in decisive battles and to support our friends and allies. Also noteworthy is the cooperation of the Government of India with us and the other allies which have occupied there some regions to protect India from an enemy invasion.

The great calm that hovers in South America, is that because of boredom, or is it the result of a joint effort of all countries?

Well, both things influenced in this matter, too. After a long and intense war between Chile and its allies on one side and Argentina and its allies on the other hand, many players were tired and didn`t want to continue the fight. In that war each side demonstrated its military skills with with wiping each other and this was enough for many. Despite that Argentina didn´t want to sign a NAP, this month CP VyC didn´t want to resume the war and focused on Europe. Chile along with Paraguay focused on getting rid of Romania from the continent and Hungary´s already agreed departure is only a matter of time. So the South Americans are back alone among themselves and instead of fighting back among them, they`re looking for fun abroad.

Until recently Chile was reproached for its mismanagement in its foreign relations. Do you think this is true? Has anything changed?

As I said before, there were omissions in staying in touch with some countries in the past, but I don´t think there was mismanagement. We intensified the flow of informations between the allied governments and also with particular countries.

Currently MKD has a MPP with Hungary, and you have a TW with Hungary. Is there a MPP Chi-Hun coming?

One thing has nothing to do with the other one. We have greatly improved relations with Hungary in recent months despite a brief war after the Hungarian airstrike on Bolivia. And we even have a NAP with them. If we can also sign a MPP with, we will see in the future. Chile has always been the focus of attacks by Asteria, and Hungary is still closely linked to that alliance, which could cause problems for Hungary. But we have solved many problems these days with the complacent cooperation of both countries, as there are the tripartite NAP, the protection of Bolivia, the release of our cores and the rapprochement between Chile and Australia.

Knowing that a union of Tur-Cro with MKD is unlikely, Chile may leave MKD to its fate?

Macedonia is one of the closest countries to Chile and we have always fought with them for their freedom, for us and for the allies. We do not like the idea of ​​going separate ways. And we will do everything that this won´t happen.

If new alliances will be created, with whom Chile will align?

Chile will be with the allies which want to be with Chile and share the vision of the game that will prevail in Chile.

Is there a policy of appeasement in Chile?

No, definitely not. It´s not about appeasement. We are interested in improving relations with many countries, making new friends and gaining new allies. That can not be achieved with a policy of appeasement. This only can be achieved by demonstrating that one is serious respecting treaties and agreements and that one honor the friendships and alliances fighting for them.

Chile some time ago promised to wipe eternally New Zealand, but now it rents regions. Why this change?

The promise to wipe NZ was made after NZ had allowed some enemies to make their airstrikes on its regions. But that wasn´t meant as a serious threat. Now we rent regions in New Zealand again as we did before too.
