I have been made Minister of Education once more. Firstly I would like to thank the President of ePakistan, The Jakal. Secondly I would like to reintroduce my "SCHOOLS" theory which I introduced when I was MoE last time. This was my article on schools theory:

'So I have an idea to make a more educated ePakistan more rapidly so I have created schools where by each is headed by an Principal who employs teachers.

PRINCIPAL
1) Is appointed or dismissed by the MOE. Can also PM me to became principle
2) There can be only 10 principles
3) Each can decide the name of the school that should be informed to the MOE
4) Can appoint as many teachers as wanted and can dismiss any teacher
5) All principals have to pass a test to be Principal(test is taken when contact the MOE).
6) All principals can write articles on any subject in-game
7) Is given the salary of PKR 18 every educational article
Can advertise his/her school

TEACHER
1) Is appointed or dismissed by the principal. Can PM the principal to became teacher.
2) Teaches citizens though PM individually but the explanation should be first approved by the appointer principal
3) May or may not get a salary depending on principal
4) Teachers are responsible to their appointer principal only

Edit: Member of the Ministery of Education
1) They are more powerful than the principle
2) They do not own school
3) The Ministery of Education is headed by the MOE
4) They can oppose any principle or guide him
5) They are paid PKR 20 salary
6) They are appointed by the MOE'

I would like you all to take interest in this Ministry. These are the titles in the Ministry:
Minister of Education
Deputy Minister of Education
Assistant Minister of Education(there can be as multiple citizens on this position)

I think its a good initiative but your model needs to decrease the number of people involved since this isnt exactly a hustling and bustling community, but i wish you luck.
