Does your wellness look like this? Having trouble figuring out how to bring it up?

I will show you how here - with lots of pictures. Everybody likes pictures.

You may ask yourself, “What the heck do I need wellness for?”

Well, my inquisitive friend, wellness dictates your production in your job, how many times you can fight per day, and your overall growth.

If your wellness is 40-something, you are only going to produce 40-something percent of your potential. The guy that pays your salary doesn’t want a semi-productive employee. Chances are that you will get fired, or, at very least, have a miserable salary because of low wellness.

When you fight in a battle, you gain 2 XP. The more that you fight, the faster you will level up and gain military rank. Each fight takes off 10 of your wellness points, which seems like a lot if you’re a level 5 player that is barely keeping a wellness of 40.

Fighting seems like a rip-off, at first. However, I will show you the way to make yourself into a fighting, productive, level-upping machine.

The first thing that you need to do is move to a region that has a Q5 (5-star) hospital. Off the top of my head, these regions are:

Florida, USA,
Asturias, Spain
Central Greece, Greece
Anywhere in Romania.

You will need to buy a moving ticket to move to one of these regions. If you can’t afford one, search around. There are organizations to help re-locate people to Q5 hospital regions. Or…you can just save up for a few days.

Once you get to one of the above mentioned Q5 regions, you will need to fight in a battle. To fight, you must be at least level 5, and have a wellness above 40.

To fight and heal, follow the steps below.

---

1) Click on “Army” in the my places menu.

---

2) In the Army page, train to gain strength. If your wellness is 42 or less, skip to Step 4.

---

3) Once you’ve trained, go back to the Army page.

---

4) Now, you’re ready to go looking for a fight. Go to the list of wars by clicking on the “Show active wars” button.

---

5) You will see a listing of all ongoing battles here. Click the little globe to get to the menu for the ones available to your country.

---

6) Click on your country’s flag to sort the list of battles available to you. Since I’m presently in Spain “on business”, I will click on Spain’s flag. Don’t be confused by this: if you’re in the USA, click on the US flag…if you’re in Canada, click on the Canadian flag, etc.

---

7) Click on one of the wars that has at least one active battle. (At this point, I’m not going to confuse the newbie reader with following military orders. The purpose of this article is to help them recover wellness.)

---

😎 If there’s more than one active battle going on, you will be asked to choose one. Click on any of them, if there’s time counting down by it. If there is only one active battle, you won’t see this page, so just skip onto the next step.

---

9) Fight! Do it! Don’t be afraid!

---

10) This will bring up your fight results. Notice that your wellness took a 10 point hit. Don’t let this freak you out. It’s no big deal if you follow the next steps. You will need to click on the “back to battlefield” button. Trust me. I’m not trying to kill you.

Whatever you do, DO NOT CLICK THE “FIGHT AGAIN” BUTTON, until you’re comfortable with the mechanics of how to fight!

Later on, you will be able to fight up to 15 times a day, but for the purpose of this lesson, don’t click on it.

---

11) You will find yourself back on the battlefield. You will notice a new link here – one that reads, “You can get wellness from hospital”. Click on the word hospital. Again, do not fight, for the same reason that I gave in step 10.

---

12) You will see a new button here, a light blue one that says “heal”. Click it.

YOU ARE HEALED, MY CHILD! Go forth and be productive at your job, and repeat these steps daily.

Rock On,
