Well first off Daghdhas use of capitol could technically be correct as "capitol" refers to the building that is the seat of government and that building would be in the region or city that is the "Capital".

Now I for one never said the deal that was brokered was a bad one. I never heard a word about it. It may have been the best deal in the world. How would I know. I saw nothing in the press or in a PM.

My issue is a severe lack of communication.
