Hello, citizens of eIsrael. I am here to update you on the recent developments within our country.

First of all, our liberation and the homecoming:

Yesterday, on day 1,286 of the New World, a treaty was signed by officials from both Israel and Cyprus.
The treaty is as follows:

1. Israel will receive its original territories through NE war, except Beersheba.
2. Cyprus will rent the region of Beersheba.
3. Israel will deliver a token of 10,000 NIS to the Cypriot Government after it receives all its original territories except Beersheba.
4. Israel and Cyprus will sign a MPP after the NE law ends.
5. This treaty will be rediscussed after the each presidential term, as well as liberation of Beersheba region.
6. Cost of the first RW will be compensated by Israeli government. First RW will be started in Jerusalem after Cyprus conquest of Sinai.

I know the idea of signing a peace treaty is not neccesserly the most welcomed option, but after lots of thought we had to make this hard decision and choose diplomacy over violence. My apologies for the short notice, but this is a hard decision that requires knowledge and experience which alot of citizens could not make. We also didn’t have any Knesset to put the treaty to vote to. I hope you all would see the logic behind this treaty, and respect it.

A small clarification: the lifeless trolls who spam our BO’s and IRC are lifeless trolls and not more. They are not to be associated with the offical inci/cyprus government. Please know to make the difference!

Also, good news, it seems that Israeli market is now open and occupied countries can now buy and sell in their market. Added to the huge list of unexepcted admin fails that hurt eIsrael.

We will liberate Jerusalem tomorrow at noon. Be sure to check orders throughout the day. Supplies will be delivered on IRC. Move to any region within eIsrael, moving specificly to Jerusalem is not required. Do not move to Beersheba, though. If you need money to return to Israel, please message our Interior representive, Danielmorad, or the Ministers of Interior, TheCGER and Lieber7.

Foreign Affairs
Our Foreign affairs are doing very well. We are making new friends and polishing older ones. EDEN issue might not be finalized this month as expected, but we are closer than ever Our current status is a Trial member. I promise you that the waiting will be worthwhile. Also, we will sign some new MPP’s in the next couple of days.





LUNA
Luna is doing better than ever! We have just accepted Austria and Urugway to our alliance. A few days ago Israel took a major part in liberating Switzerland in a beautiful Luna operation. The millitary side of Luna is now growing and we are in for some serious action soon. Lots to wait for!

eIsrael Defence Force
Another eIDF meeting will be held soon consisting Serens, Segens and above. Another big reform will be put through, thanks to a great idea by Matan9010(Who is also the new Seren of Kela David platoon!). Also, the Booster Program and the Commune System will be put to action very soon along with some supply fixups.
Dont forget, the eIDF is always looking for fresh, ACTIVE AND SERIOUS players for his ranks! The eIDF is the way to proceed in our country and get an opportunity to shine.
Note: If you still havent donated 2 gold to the eIDF and joined the proper Military Unit, please talk to your seren!

Constitution
Our Constitution is at its final steps and will soon be presented to the public. At the 25th of June it will be proposed to the new Knesset of eIsrael. Applause's to Octavius Julius and Dragoniere for many hours of brainwashing and typing.

אתמול, ביום 1,286 של העולם החדש, הסכם נחתם בין גורמים רשמיים הן מישראל והן מקפריסין. ההסכם הוא כדלקמן:

ישראל תקבל את כל האזורים המקוריים שלה דרך מלחמת "אויב טבעי", מלבד באר שבע.
קפריסין תשכיר את אזור באר שבע.
ישראל תעביר לקפריסין סכום כספי של 10,000 שקל לאחר שתקבל את האזורים המקוריים שלה, מלבד באר שבע.
ישראל וקפריסין יחתמו על הסכם הגנה (MPP) לאחר שחוק ה"אויב הטבעי" יסתיים.
הסכם זה יעלה לדיון מחדש בכל קדנציה נשיאותית, יחד עם שחרורה של באר שבע.
עלויות מלחמת ההתנגדות תמומן על ידי ממשלת ישראל. מלחמת ההתנגדות הראשונה תחל בירושלים לאחר שקפריסין תכבוש את סיני.

אני מודע לעובדה שחתימת הסכם שלום היא לא בהכרח האופציה הרצויה ביותר, אך לאחר הרבה מחשבה נאלצנו נקבל את ההחלטה הקשה הזאת ולבחור דיפלומטיה על פני אלימות. קבלו את התנצלותי על ההתראה הקצרה, אבל לקבלת ההחלטה הקשה הזאת נצטרכת כמות גדולה של ידע וניסיון שלהרבה האזרחים אין. גם לא הייתה לנו כנסת שנוכל להביא את ההצעה אליה להצבעה. אני מקווה שכולכם תראו את ההיגיון מאחורי ההסכם, ותכבדו אותו.

הבהרה קטנה: הטרולים חסרי החיים שמציפים את הפקודות קרב והצ'אט שלנו הם טרולים חסרי חיים ולא יותר. אין להשוות אותם לגורמים הרשמיים והממשלה של אינקי\קפריסין. נא לדעת לעשות את ההבדל!

בנוסף, חדשות טובות. נראה שהשוק הישראלי נפתח למסחר ומעתה ארצות כבושות יכולות לקנות ולמכור בשוק שלהן. להוסיף לרשימה הענקית של פיילים לא צפויים של אדמינים שפוגעים בישראל.

יחסי חוץ
יחסי החוץ שלנו במצב מעולה. אנחנו רוכשים חברים חדשים ומלטשים חברויות ישנות יותר. עניין עדן אומנם לא נגמר החודש כצפוי, אבל אנחנו קרובים מאי פעם. הסטטוס הנוכחי של ישראל בארגון היא מדינה על נסיון- כלומר, חברי מבחן. אני מבטיח להם ששוה לחכות. בנוסף, צפו לכמה MPPים חדשים בימים הקרובים.






לונה
לונה נמצאת במצב טוב מאי פעם! בידיוק קיבלנו את אוסטריה ואורוגוואי לארגון. לפני כמה ימים ישראל לקחה חלק מרכזי בשחרור שוויץ במבצע יפהפה של לונה. הצד הצבאי של לונה גדל עכשיו והולך להיות הרבה אקשן בקרוב. יש הרבה למה לחכות!

צבא ההגנה לאי-ישראל
עוד פגישה של צה"ל תערך בקרוב שתכלול סרנים, סגנים ומעלה. רפורמה נוספת תעבור בקרוב תודות לרעיון נפלא ממוחו של מתן9010(הסרן החדש של פלוגת קלע דוד!). בנוסף, תכנית הבוסטרים ותכנית המילואים יוכנסו לפעילות בקרוב מאוד עם שדרוגים במדיניות האספקה.
אל תשכחו, צה"ל תמיד מחפש אנשים טריים, פעילים ורציניים לשורותיו! צה"ל הוא הדרך להתקדם במדינה שלנו ולקבל הזדמנות לזרוח.

חוקה
