The formula

PCI = Partial Country Income
TCI = Total Country Income
TC = Tax Collected
BI = Base Income (20% for the country collecting the tax)
OR = The number of original regions of the country
CR = The number of original regions currently under control

PCI = TC * ( CR/OR*80% + BI )

For example, Greece has 10 regions and 2 of them are under occupation of Finland and 1 is under occupation of Sweden. Greece collects 1000 currency in taxes from its citizens.
OR = 10
TC = 1000
BI = 20%
CR (Greece) = 7
CR (Finland) = 2
CR (Sweden) = 1
TCI (Greece) = 760 currency
TCI (Finland) = 160 currency
TCI (Sweden) = 80 currency

Now non eSA citizens can sell here with low taxes than eSA citizens.

I guess I'm just curious how it benefits the Lazocrasi/ eSA (in their minds) I know we've debated tax issues plenty, I'm just trying to figure it out as to why they are doing it.

about tax and economical law; if you check our I mean eSA market you can see we're lack of most product especially if we comparison them with other countries markets we're following them from very very back. To solve this a bit we should let foreign producers to sell their products in our market by that way every one in eSA has possibility to found product without moving any other country same rates at least closer (if you count the moving cost that wont be big difference current we have ) and if we calculate our bonus product with other countries we have overal or we can call less than overal our bonuses but by the product amonut or producers we are already oneo f the lowest country cause of that if we raise our own work tax high and low import ones foreign producers choice us more easily if they check their oppotunity against local producers 😉 by the vat tax eSA can earn really good income by local and foreign producers and we have possibility to stabilized market like or close eWorld.

Yes in the begining its look like bad for eSA producers'' but not for citizens... for a economical raise low populated countries mostly try to found high amount company owners for their countries or support some players to make commune companies to produce for citizens (and that players by living in high product bonus country produce much more products). and If you get your product requirement items from eSA market you can activate your country market.

In the long run eSA market gets more active and had capability to race with other markets. And most important for citizens they don't nned to move for buy cheaper things especially low ranked and poor citizens can keep their money.

by that taxes If government support citizens by weapon/food supply at battles we have possiblity have better military base.

If you think about your own producers think about us too do you think eSA citizens has more companies to work or Lazocracy? We have tons of companies to work but high amount ones we try to keep at any full bomus countries and if eSA use commune like this only with short part of citizens it'll be big step for economical promotion. Maybe its much worse for Lazocracy but It's better for future of South Africa 😉

I can't agree with your point of view, if SA money go out of SA citizens they can't buy anything.

I agree with you on this. Spend taxes on support cheap local production. But 30% of our taxes go to ARG and URU, and when we try to recover it you fight against us, so you are against your proposal.
