eheslo thinks that using tax money to buy weapons for the national army is worse than letting that money sit in the country account doing nothing. Plus, he does not trust the governments of the last 3 years because they did not follow his hallowed leader Emmerich when that conman declared himself emperor of eAustria and failed almost instantly.
