yeah, but also need to consider that when word gets around which countries have high wages, all the people go there and the wages gets lowered.

I think even when this is published.. the jobs get snapped up and so you do need to check for yourself if they still have higher wages.

Peru.. do be careful as Brazil is conquering the high iron region from Poland right now.

Make sure of several things.
1. War - whether the country will be conquered soon.
2. Exchange Spread and whether value of the currency is stable so you don't go there and it has depreciated.
3. Whether there are constant war in the country so you can fight and heal.
