Zoals jullie weten heb ik afgelopen zaterdag mijzelf kandidaat gesteld voor Partij Presidente van Democratisch Nederland. In mijn partij programma [http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/kim-voor-partij-presidente-democratisch-nederland-1878266/1/20] hebben jullie kunnen lezen dat mijn programma is opgedeeld in 2 delen; Intern beleid en Extern beleid. Afgelopen maandag heb ik mijn toelichting gegeven over het Extern te voeren beleid [http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/kim-voor-partij-presidente-democratisch-nederland-toelichting-extern-beleid-1879508/1/20], en vandaag is het de beurt aan de toelichting voor het Intern te voeren beleid.

Het interne beleid is gebaseerd op èèn groot onderwerp: COMMUNICATIE ! Hoe zie ik voor me om de communicatie binnen onze partij te verbeteren:

Allereerst om onze leden onder de aandacht te brengen dat hun inbreng in onze partij van groot belang is, want Democratisch Nederland is er voor de eNederlandse burger en zet zich in voor de eNederlandse burger. Onze leden hebben dus inspraak in het te voeren partijbeleid, maar ook hebben onze leden het recht om hun mening te laten horen en om met zijn alle te kijken hoe wij nog beter de eNederlandse burger kunnen ondersteunen in eRepublik.

Daarnaast is het ook van grote waarde om als partij samen te werken in regeringsinstellingen, vooral: HET CONGRES. In het congres hebben wij de laatste maanden de meeste congresleden, maar uit debate onderwerpen en voting rondes blijkt eens te meer dat we niet intern op èèn lijn zitten met elkaar. Ik wil dit graag aanpakken en met zijn alle ervoor zorgen dat ons partijbeleid ook in congres zijn inbreng kan tonen.

Ook is het van groot belang dat wij onze Partij wikipagina updaten, en de meest relevante informatie publiceren. Om onze partij wikipagina onder de aandacht te brengen bij de eNederlandse burger zal ik in mijn ambtstermijn de partijkrant meerdere malen publiceren met daarin updates over onze partij en over eNederland (want dit verdiend de eNederlandse burger) en hier staan wij ook als partij voor.

As you all know, I have candidated myself last Saturday for Party President of Democratic Netherlands. In my Party Programme [http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/kim-voor-partij-presidente-democratisch-nederland-1878266/1/20] you have all been able to read that it is divided into 2 parts: Internal and External policies. Last Monday, I explained the External policy [http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/kim-voor-partij-presidente-democratisch-nederland-toelichting-extern-beleid-1879508/1/20], today I will do the same for the Internal part.

The Internal policy is based on one big issue: COMMUNICATION! The ways that I see we can improve the communication within our party:

First of all, to bring to the attention of our members that their voice in the party is of main importance, as Democratic Netherlands is there for the citizen of eNetherlands, and is committed to the citizen of eNetherlands. Our members have a say in the party policies to be defined, but they also have the right to express their opinion and to see how we, all of us together, can do better in supporting the citizen of eNetherlands in eRepublik.

Besides that, it is of great value to co-operate as a party in governmental institutions, mainly: CONGRESS. In past months, we have had the larger number of congress members, but debate topics and voting rounds show once more that, internally, we do not agree with each other. I want to change this and make it our joint effort that our party policy can be heard in Congress.

Furthermore, it is of great importance that we update our party’s wiki page, and publish the most relevant information. To bring our party’s wiki page to the attention of the citizen of eNetherlands, I will publish our party’s newspaper several times within my term of office, with updates about our party as well as eNetherlands (because this is what the citizen of eNetherlands deserves) and this is what we as a party stand for.
