Sjedim danas na poslu, na kompu non-stop upaljen erepublik (hvala bogu pa šef ovo ne igra, pa neće vidjet članak, hehe) i svako malo me neki kolega pita kako ti se da toliko vremena na to gubit. Odgovaram da ne znam ni sam.

Kako mi se da?

Da mi se jer sam preselio kad sam faks upisao bogu iza nogu di ne znam nikog pa neam ništ pametnije za radit po cijele dane nego tu bit. Da mi se jer sam upoznao masu ljudi od kojih dosta njih i u RL na mitinzima, skoro cijelu 11. brigadu, pola svoje paravojske i još dosta drugih ljudi s kojima sam se našao na prvu i super se zabavio s njima.
Da mi se jer sam u gugijima prije 2 godine (već je toliko prošlo???) sudjelovao u samim počecima zajedno s ljudima koji su danas jedni od najjačih i najaktivnijih igrača. Da mi se jer sam se sa Nimesinom (ako me se sjeća, tad je nick bio GaGGy13 😉) natjecao u spamanju po srpskim novinama, da mi se jer smo bili prvi projekt za mlade igrače, da mi se jer sam sudjelovao u bitki za Nunavut zajedno sa 600 drugih gugija plus brigade plus ZDRUG kada smo svi zajedno preselili i izlupali se u 10 minuta i preokrenuli bitku protiv tada nikad jače Mađarske. Tada je nastala izjava da Hrvati šalju cijeli narod.

o7 gugiji



Da mi se jer sam čitao članke o međusobnoj zafrkanciji igrača, ratne analize i financijske savjete. Čitao sam i čitam članke dSokrea, Damjana Groznog, Zdlemmyja, Ivomira (archija), gledam avatare koje prave Darko Rora i Citizen007. Da mi se jer sam čitao članak u kojemu jedan mladi tata hvata BH medalju dok mu sin pazi je li ga tko prestigao. Mali je također izlupao tada ne baš popularne rakete (1 gold, instant kill) i rekao tati: Vidi tata kako pucaju rakete.

o7 novinari



Da mi se jer se sjećam kada je jedan čovjek napisao članak pa su ga ljudi sprdali zbog gramatike. Ispalo je da je čovjek slijep, a članke i komentare piše njegov trogodišnji sin dok mu sjedi u krilu pred kompjuterom. Da mi se jer su Johny Stulic i Josip Josipovic poznanstvo preko kompa pretvorili u kumalo u RL. Da mi se jer je jedan par (sad nisam siguran od kud) poznanstvo u erepu pretvorio u poznanstvo RL, vezu, a onda i brak (čak je i jedan od osnivača igre pisao o tome). Da mi se zbog Didinog ponosa dok piše o svojim eunucima, jedan dok lupa, drugi dok ostaje s njim u kasne noćne sate raspravljati o svemu i svačemu.

o7 tople ljudske priče



Da mi se jer sam nerijetko ostao u kasne noćne sate čekat pravu priliku i bitku za lupanje. Da mi se jer sam ostao do 4 ujutro čekat na chatu dok sam u kongresu bio samo da mogu što prije zakon novi predložit makar sam u pola 7 morao na posao. Da mi se jer je jedini u to vrijeme sa mnom bio Berinni (premijer) koji me se sjetio čim me vidio dok me još u gugijima vodio godinu dana ranije. Da mi se zbog brojnih ljudi posve predanih onome što rade, kojima nije žao vremena, a često ni novaca da bi radili nešto u čemu uživaju. Da mi se jer smo išli na sve moguće kanale i tražili tenkove da se bore za nas u važnim bitkama u sitnim noćnim satima samo da pobijedimo. Da mi se zbog ljudi koji sate i sate provode na chatu i na erepu zbog svoje predanosti i upornosti da stvari izvedu kako treba.

o7 predanim ljudima



Da mi se jer sam otišao na chat kanal White Eaglesa i naišao na takvu zafrkanciju i dobru ekipu da mi je malo falilo da i sam pređem njima na tjedan dana. For the lulz. Da mi se zbog intervjua bivšeg brazilskog predsjednika (dok je Brazil bio na suprotnoj strani) u kojemu kaže da bi eHrvatska trebala biti u srži svakog novog saveza. Da mi se zbog taktiziranja s protivnicima, ganjanja po mapi i okretanju bitki u zadnjim sekundama. Da mi se zbog poštovanja koje se time postiže i zbog trolanja u novinama nakon bitke.

o7 suparnicima



Da mi se zbog saveznika i saveza u kojima surađujemo. Da mi se zbog selidbe svega i svačega i lupanja za saveznike kao da su braća. Vraćanje tih istih saveznika nama kada nas treba branit. Da mi se jer su drugi prepuštali svoje regije da bi mi bili obranjeni (v1 i slavonija). Da mi se zbog "noćne straže", Kineza, Brazilaca i Amerikanaca. Da mi se zbog Cromanie, zbog bugarske koja nas je sve primila kad je Hrvatska bila izbrisana i Grčke za koju se već godinama ni ne pitamo hoće li poslati trupe ili ne, kao ni oni za nas. Da mi se i zbog Kanade, Irske i Finskog ultimatuma Rusiji kada su bili minutama od brisanja. Da mi se i zbog Poljaka koje smo jednom zvali braćom i španjolskih tenkova koji su Slavoniju branili kao da su rođeni u njoj. Da mi se i zbog Srpsko-Mađarskog odnosa gdje jedni ne pitaju treba li im pomoć već ju odmah šalju.

o7 saveznici



Da mi se zbog sve one zafrkancije i pričanja na svim chatovima i komentarima. Da mi se zbog Frutekovog napad na Beograd da bi osvojio Ateinu ruku. Da mi se zbog borbe Desert Hammstera i Branimira Vukadina u V2 za ruku Miss Modesty dok su Srbi i Hrvati zajedno pratili borbu na kanalu HLD-a. Da mi se jer sam potplatio konobaricu 15 godina stariju od sebe i napola ju bario samo da bih imao internet u petak navečer da mogu biti kum na evjenčanju TheAngriestAngel i Emmawitch. Da mi se jer je nesuđeni svećenik Roroman dobio proljev pa smo morali improvizirat na drugim kanalima i s drugim svećenicima. Da mi se jer sam trebao na cugu s Damjanom Groznim, Djanijem, Sino301, ali nisam uzeo ničiji broj. Otišao pred pivnicu di su trebali bit i poljubio zaključana vrata. Prebacio se do druge, najbliže pivnice, spojio se na chat i čekao kad će netko od njih doć da ih pitam gdje su. Doći doma bez da se čujemo i otkrit da su sjedili na stolu iza mene, a da nisam skužio 😃

o7 zaje*ancije i ljubavi



Da mi se jer sam došao u SFFA, upoznao ih sve i družim se više s vama suborci nego s vlastitom sestrom (evo ThorFSB, za tebe sam ju spomenuo 😛 ). Da mi se jer smo ostali JablanCRO, Sasa Gloc i ja budni do 3 ujutro kada je Lucky-strike07 hvatao svoju prvu BH medalju. Pratili smo tu bitku napetije od njega. Čim bi netko lupio tko je malo jači od njega odmah bi išlo provjeravanje njegovog profila, koliki mu je strength, koji je rank, potencijalni damage, sve što bi moglo koristiti. Da mi se jer je Lucky toliko zavikao od sreće da je probudio ženu kada ju je osvojio. Da mi se zbog "ti nisi normalan" jubilarne izjave koju je pri tome zaradio kao i brojni drugi od svojih ljepših polovica. Da mi se jer su nam skoro sve opcije za prijevoz na miting propale, pa smo posuđivale aute, nagovarali vozače u busevima da staju usred ničega po gorskom kotru samo da još jednog člana pokupimo. Da mi se jer je JJ nazvao Vukadinovu ženu koja je dovela roditelje da im paze na djecu samo da on može otić na miting. Da mi se zbog svih ljudi koji su bili dio nas i da mi se zbog svih ljudi koji nas znaju i poštuju kao i zbog svih onih koji su me pitali što to uopće znači.

I was sitting in my office today, eRepublik is non-stop running on my PC (luckily my boss doesn't play this, so he will not see this article, haha) and constantly some of my coworkers ask me how I have the will to lose so much time on this.

My answer: I don't know myself

Where DO I get the will?

I get the will 'cause I moved when I started college miles away from home, where I knew noone so I had nothing better to do with with my life but spend it here. I get it 'cause I met a bunch of people in RL meetings, almost whole 11th brigade, half my MU and a lot of other people whom I met and had instant good time with.
I get the will 'cause I joined "gugi" almost 2 years ago (is it been that much???) and worked with people who are now among strongest and most active players. I get the will 'cause with Nimesin (if he remembers me, I was GaGGy13 back then) I had a spamming contest over Serbian newspapers, I get the will 'cause we were the first project for young players, I get the will 'cause I had a part in a battle for Nunavut along with 600 other "gugis" plus the brigades plus the ZDRUG when we all moved and fought in 10 minutes, and turned the tide against strongest than ever Hungary. That was when the phrase "Croatians send the nation" was forged.

I get the will 'cause I read the article of inter-player fun and s*rewing around (not litteraily), war analysis' and financial advices. I have read and I still read articles by dSokre, Damjan Grozni, Zdlemmy, Ivomir (Archy), I watch avatars made by Darko Rora and Citizen007. I get the will 'cause I read an article by a young father who is getting his BH medal while his son looks after him so someone wouldn't beat him to it. Kid also spent not so popular rockets (1 gold – instant kill) and proudly told his da😛 "Look daddy, how rockets shoot"

I get the will 'cause I remember how a player wrote an article and got insulted because of his grammar. Turned out that man was blind and article was written by his three year old son while he sat in his lap in front of PC. I get the will 'cause Johhny Stulic and Josip Josipovic turned their eRep friendship into RL godhood. I get the will 'cause one couple (not sure from where) turned their eRep friendship into RL friendship, then RL affair and RL marriage (even one of the game founders wrote about it). I get the will 'cause of Granddad's (Argrob) pride while he talks about his eGrandsons, as one fights and other stays with him through late midnight hours discussing about everything and nothing.



o7 to heart-warming human stories

I get the will 'cause I often stayed at late night hours to wait for an perfect opportunity and battle to fight. I get the will 'cause I stayed 'till 4AM on chat in Congress just so I can propose a law as soon as possible, even though I had to go to work at 6.30AM. I get the will 'cause only one with me at that hour was Berinni (Prime Minister) who remembered me from the days of gugis a year earlier. I get the will 'cause of all the people tottaly commited to what they do here, who don't mind the time and often even the money spent, just so they can do something they enjoy. I get the will 'cause we visited all the channels and searched for tanks to fight for us in important battles in late hours just so we could win. I get the will 'cause of all the people who spend hours upon hours on chat and eRep cause of their commitment and perseverance to do things right.



o7 to dedicated people

I get the will 'cause I went to White Eagles' channel and found such fun and great people I almost crossed over to them for a week. Just for the LULZ. I get the will 'cause of the interview by the former Brasilian CP (while Brasil was an opponent) in which he states that every new alliance should have eCroatia in its core. I get the will 'cause of tactics with opponents, chasing acros the map and turning the outcome of battles in the very last seconds. I get the will 'cause of the respect gained by that and trolling in the papers after that



o7 to opponents

I get the will 'cause of the allies and alliances we participate in. I get the will 'cause of moving of everything to fight for allies as if they were brothers. I get the will 'cause allies return the favor when we need defending. I get the will 'cause they left their regions so we could be defended (v1 and Slavonia). I get the will 'cause of the "night watch" , Chinese, Brasilians and Americans, I get the will 'cause of Cromania, Bulgary who took us all when we were erased and Greece which for years we don't even wonder WILL they send troops for us, and vice versa. I get the will 'cause of Canada, Ireland and Finnish ultimatum to Russia when they were minutes away of erasing. I get the will 'cause of Poles whome we once called brothers and Spanish tanks who defended Slavonia as if it was their birthplace. I get the will 'cause of Serbo-Hungarian relationship where they don't ask each other if they need help but send it at once.



o7 to allies

I get the will 'cause all the fun and talks on chats and comments. I get the will 'cause Frutek attacked Belgrade to win Atea's hand. I get the will 'cause of Desert Hammster's and Branimir Vukadin's fight in v2 to win Miss Modesty's hand while Serbs and Croats together wacthed the fight on HLD's channel. I get the will 'cause I bribed the waitress 15 years older than me and half hit on her just so I could have internet on friday night and be the best man on TheAngriestAngel and Emmawitch's wedding. I get the will 'cause the minister to be Roroman had diarrhea so we had to improvise on other channels and with different minister. I get the will 'cause I arranged a drink with Damjan Grozni, Djani, Sino301 but didn't take phone number from none of them. Went to the bar where they were supposed to be and found it closed. Switched to the nearest one, logged on chat and waited for someone of them to log so I could ask where they are. I get the will 'cause I came home without contacting anyone and found out they were sitting at the table behind me, without me even realising it.



o7 to fun and love

I get the will 'cause I joined S.F.F.A. And got to know them all, and spend more time with my comrades then my own sister (there ThorFSB, I mentioned her just for you 😛) I get the will 'cause it was JablanCRO, Sasa Gloc and I that stayed awake until 3AM when Luck-strike07 caught his first BH medal. We watched that battle with more intense than he did. As soon as someone stronger than him hit we would check his profile, what is that players strenght, rank, potential damage, all that he could benefit from. I get the will 'cause Lucky screamed from joy so loud he woke up his wife when he won it. I get the will 'cause he got "You are insane" sentence from her as did many other from their better halves. I get the will 'cause almost all the options of transport to our meeting failed so we borrowed cars, sweettalked drivers in buses to stop in the middle of nowhere across Gorski Kotar (mountain region of Croatia) to pick up another member. I get the will 'cause JJ called Vukadin's wife who then brought her parents to watch over their children just so he could go to the meeting. I get the will 'cause of all the people who were the part of us, and I get the will 'cause of all the people who know us and respect us, I get the will 'cause of all the people who asked us what it all means anyway.

So after all this how do I get the will to STOP playing this?
