Just a quick thought
Hello from Latvia!
As we all have noticed, wargames have stopped and quite a few people in Latvia are really furious about it. Representatives are busy arranging entry in the Malaysian conflict, but it seems that for the following few days there will be 'peace for our time'. Not a good thing, anyway.
So I had a quick thought: maybe we can shorten up the waiting and have some 'border incident or something'? Sharing the expenses 50/50 and, if neccessary, accepting war donations or emitting war bonds. What do you think?

Well, all opinions are appreciated.
It costs ~77g to attack Samogitia. For each country it'd cost 38.5g.
So we'd need about ~40 people in each country to donate 1g each for every TW.
Then why dont we try and organize a fund raiser for TW in samogitia?
IIRC Cost of attack would be 50 + 111 * 0.25 ~ 78 Gold, 39 per country. Not exactly dirt cheap, but IMO possible for some time if new wars can't be arranged.
