It’s Time For A Change [EN/PT/ES]
Citizens of the American Hemisphere,
Our two continents are home to some of the largest countries in the game. We control several of the most vibrant economies the eWorld has ever seen and the military strength of our nations knows few rivals. We alone determine the outcome of any mini-battles taking place outside of European time zones and in the past we have all been wooed by both alliances for our support.
Why then, I ask you, have the needs of Europe always been placed above those of our own? Why, day after day, do we find ourselves fighting in some endless battle in Europe over a region, that has been conquered and liberated at least 50 times since the game was launched, between two countries that have been enemies for over 3 years? Why do both EDEN and Phoenix feel it is right for them to demand our support day after day in their never ending battles but refuse to support us in any of our objectives? Phoenix has even gone a step further, when Brasil was a member they valued a founding member country less then a country that wasn't even part of the alliance.
My response to Europe? F*** That. We are hereby announcing the formation of a new regional based alliance, focused on furthering the needs of American countries. This Pan-American Alliance shall be defensive in nature for the time being, while we build infrastructure and recruit new members. The official languages of PANAM shall be Brazilian, Argentinian and American.

We are also in discussions with Argentina about joining though they have not committed yet. We look forward to a new era, one in which we prove to the world that a third way is possible and America (both North and South) takes its rightful place on the world stage.

Por que tanto EDEN e PHOENIX acham que é correto para eles exigir nosso apoio dia após dia em suas batalhas infindáveis mas se recusam a nos dar apoio em nossos objetivos? A Phoenix até mesmo deu um passo a mais, quando equiparou o Brasil, um país membro fundador, com um país que nem membro da aliança era.
Minha resposta para a Europa? Não f***. Nós decidimos anunciar a formação de uma nova aliança regional focada na promoção das necessidades dos países americanos. Essa Aliança Pan-Americana será de natureza defensiva por enquanto, enquanto nós construimos infraestrutura e recrutamos novos membros. As línguas oficiais da PANAM serão Espanhol, Brasileiro e Americano.

@Samuel: Nah I think this time we'll be looking towards Asia. Thats probably why Japan is in there, due to its strategic location as a gateway. China might let us region swap and we could theoretically attack Iran, Thailand, Taiwan, Indonesia etc.
If we're going Europe, I would hazard a guess at landswapping through France to reach the rest of the nations across the pond as that would be the only reason to invite France as well.
Also I like this idea but do you guys know where the Americas are? Japan and France are a bit far off.

Two very important countries where left out China and Australia. If we are trying to stay out of Europe why invite France. I say forget Europe altogether and concentrate on North and South America with an eye towards Asia. I would be much happier if this announcement where coming from someone who wasn't about (or already has) to fight in Pakistan against America and her Chinese ally.

I would be carefull here. You have several problems with your new PANAM alliance.
1. Your members fight for different sides in global wars. You will hardly change that.
2. It seems to me that you don't really care about America as a whole but only about bigger countries. Mexico, Venezuela... ? : )
3. If you want to make anything out of this, you'll have to spread out of America with military actions. Wherever you go, you need to strike at Phoenix or EDEN. If your primary goal would be Europe as a whole, you could also face united Europe against you.
In any war activity you will fail miserably.

Like you have considered it by inviting Japan and France. Since China, Japan an Australia all have more or less the same time zone I don't see your point. With or without France we still have the same timezone advantage in Europe.
