New Name, New Image, New Paper
Welcome to my newspaper. Some of you may be new readers, others may have occasionally read my articles, and some of you might even be subscribers. Should you skim through the past articles which covered the Military, Economic, Social and Political aspects of our great country, I have been as unbiased as possible, but I will not deny that I stand by my beliefs, however, I will now focus on the Social community aspect and politics will be a simple side note and the paper will be an independent newspaper. I should add that the name has now changed from Malta's Gazette to The Maltese Falcon. Fun fact to the newer citizens, the original name was Military Gazette. Additionally, I'd like to know what you all think of the new format and new logo, so kindly comment below.

The North East is shining
On the 9th of November, there seems to be little activity in the Regional Forum, so I decided to start a competition for all North East citizens on the forums. All citizens needed to do was post on the region's forum section to confirm their entry and the citizen which made the most posts which are not spam would win 5 GOLD. The competition ended today and I'm happy to announce the results:

John Forseti - 20
Teh User - 13
Oexis - 6
Johno22 - 4
Felix K - 4

The prize money will be handed out once I get the funding, under the provisions of the Regional Congressional Duties Act. If it is not allotted, do not worry, I'll fund it from my own pocket, as I promised should no funding have been given.

Congress Elections - Thank You
Well, congress elections are over, and the North East came out in full force to vote, despite it being Christmas Day. We even had two more voters since the November election. You have voted me and Bob back in Congress again and we will keep on representing you as well as we have done in the past. We couldn't have done it without your votes. I would like to congratulate Bob but also Felix and John Forseti, who although not elected, have done themselves proud and I hope they will help us in the upcoming term.
