שלום לכל חברי מפלגת ישראל תחילה.
ראשית אני רוצה לפתוח בחיזוק למי שיושב כרגע במקלט/ממ"ד בדרום, ולחיילים שמבניכם שנמצאים בעזה - העם מאחוריכם , מקווים שיעבור כמה שיותר מהר ושיהיה בהצלחה לחיילים.

שלשום נבחרתי לראש מפלגת ישראל תחילה ואני מודה לכל מי שתמך בי , תודה רבה ואני מבטיח לא לאכזב אותכם 🙂



בחודש הקרוב ישראל תחילה הולכת להשתנות בצורה חיובית - כל ההזנחה שהכרתם במפלגה הולכת להשתנות , הולך להיות כאן הרבה יותר סדר , הרבה יותר השקעה והמפלגה הולכת לנצל את הכוח העצום שלה - 140 חברים.

אז מה הולך לקרות החודש?
בימים הקרובים נתמקד בעיקר באיסוף מידע - איסוף שהחל במאגר המתפקדים שהחל כבר בחודש שעבר (תודה רבה ל TalTheBear על העזרה!) ובסינון נתונים - כל שחקן שמילא את המאגר יקבל כמה שאלות שיעזרו לנו לבדוק איפה אפשר להפעיל אותו,במפלגה ישנם והיו הרבה שחקנים חדשים שלא קיבלו שום התייחסות ופרשו , המטרה שלנו היא שכל מי שבא למפלגה ימצא את עצמו במשחק.

בזכות העובדה שבמפלגה ישנם גם שחקנים ותיקים יוקם בהדרגה במהלך החודש פרוייקט חונכים שישתלב עם הפרוייקט הקיים של משרד הפנים.
בנוסף מאגר איסוף המידע יאפשר למפלגה לגייס מצביעים ולהעביר הודעות בקלות רבה יותר דבר שיגדיל את הכוח הפוליטי ואת הארגון של המפלגה.
בנוסף ייערכו המון פעילויות גיבוש עם פרסים,ימונה אחראי לכל הפעילויות האלו.

בנושא הכנסת וארגון המפלגה מבחינה פוליטית , החודש הולכים להכנס רק שחקנים איכותים לכנסת ישראל - יופעל מדרג שיחייב את שחקנים המעוניינים להתברג במקום גבוה ברשימה שלנו לכנסת להוכיח את עצמם בפעילות למען ישראל. פרטים נוספים על כך יועברו באמצע השבוע.
בנוסף - שחקנים שלא תרמו את המדליה שלהם מאז חודש ספטמבר 2012 יושמו במקומות הכי נמוכים בכנסת הקרובה.
בחודשים האחרונים ראשי המפלגה הקודמים הזניחו את נושא המירק והתקשורת במפלגה,נושא חשוב שלצערי העלימו ממנו עין , החודש נפתח ערוץ מירק לישראל תחילה - #israel-first

מפלגת ישראל תחילה תומכת בהרחבת הסמכויות לחברי הכנסת, יותר שקיפות ממשלתית ויותר כוח אדם שעוסק בדברים קריטיים כמו נושאי ההגירה,יותר פעילות בכנסת. במהלך הכנסת הקרובה תפעל המפלגה למען הנושאים הללו.


על מנת לעזור לי בניהול המפלגה הקמתי גוף שנקרא "ועדת המפלגה" , האנשים הבאים יעזרו לנהל את המפלגה וכל החלטה תעבור אישור שלהם:

Hello members of Israel First.
First of all, I want to take a minute to reinforce anyone that is sitting right now in an APS or an air-raid shelter in the south, and the soldiers of you that are now in Gaza - The people are behind you, we all hope this war will end as soon as possibole, and we all wish you good luck.
2 days ago, I was elected to be the president of Israel First party and I thank everyone who supported me. Thank you very much. I promise not to disappoint you 🙂



This month, Israel First is going to change positively - The neglect you were used to in the party is going to change, there will be much more order in here, much more investment, and the party is going to use it’s enormous power - 140 members.

So what are we going to do this month ?

In the next few days we will focus on gathering information - A gathering process that started last month with the registered members database (A big thank you to TalTheBear for his help ! ) and on data filtering every player in the database will be asked some questions that will help us check where will he be the most useful. The party has and had a lot of untreated new players that resigned. Our goal is that each member of the party will find he’s or she’s place in the game
.
By the fact that there are both veterans and new players in the party, we will gradually build a mentors project, that will integrate into the existing project of the Ministry of Interior. In addition, the database will allow the party to get more voters and pass messages faster, which, in it’s turn will grant the party grater political power and better organization.
There will also be a large amount of consolidation activities with prizes. We will soon appoint someone to be in charge on those activities.

About the Knesset and the political party organization, this month we will send the Knesset quality players only. A new hierarchy will be introduced - This will require the players who wish to obtain a high place on our list for the Knesset to prove themselves in behalf of Israel. More details about this will be displayed during the week.

Of course, we declare in advance: Players who have not contributed their medal since September 2012 will be placed in the lowest places of the list.

In recent months, former party leaders have neglected the issue of the IRC and media party, an important issue which, unfortunately, it turned a blind eye.This month, a new channel for our party was opened - #israel-first.

IRC entry is not required for any party member but will be considered a bonus to the upcoming activities.

Israel first party supports expanding Knesset members authorities, more transparency and more government personnel engaged in critical matters such as immigration issues, more activity in the Knesset. During the next the party will work on those issues.

In order to help me in the management of the party I've created a substance that calls “Party’s committee”, the persons who will help me to manage the party and every decision will have to pass by them are:
