May be Spain and Argentina doesn't really need any help?

Seems like Argentina and Spain DO need help. And Ukraine would help them - you guys know it pretty well! But Hungary drains all our damage in a war for Donbas, which is absolutely useless region for them - it's not a bonus region, not a part of the corridor to Russia and USA.
Thus Hungary drains hard both Hungarian and Ukrainian damage for useless region, while this summary damage could go to allies in need.

A problem is that you (ukraine) proposed NE against Hungary, after Podolia became free. And the donbas RW was started by the hungarian government, because Ukraine tried to start RW in subcarpathia.

I think the problem is you proposed NE to Slovakia. That's the problem.
The second problem - you don't have bonuses. And you continue to waste money into COs while you could use them more clever.
I told you many times we have bonuses for 25 days in a month whiled you dont have regions for 25 days in a month. Also our damage is 5 times bigger than yours so you need to 5 times more CO than we.
So It should be 2500cc/mil in COs. Isn't it?
