Ireland, THANK-YOU from America!

That phrase isn't said enough. First, let me introduce myself. I am Harrison Richardson, more commonly known to you all probably as Harrison or HR. I'm the United States Secretary of State, or Minister of Foreign Affairs. I sit idly in your chat almost non-stop, as I do most countries, and occasionally pop in for a few minutes. Over the course of these wargames between our two nations, Nith and I have become, I'd think, good friends. It is because of that good relationship between our two nations that I today announce, happily, the USA wants to help Ireland.. build a Hospital.

I noticed in your media one day how you guys were clamoring for a Hospital. Nith told me he had an idea for a bunch of Q4's, while others wanted Q5's. He said you could afford the Q5 but, at the same time, it was a huge expense for a small nation. The USA has a pretty large population, as you might be able to tell, so we have a fairly large income. With that, we like to help our true allies. We see an investment in a hospital as an investment in Ireland as a friend and an ally. It is with great pleasure I announce the US Congress has approved a donation of 100 gold, to help spur the development and purchase of Hospitals of your choosing. The USA isn't coming here for thanks or gloating or anything like that.. I came here to write this to thank Ireland. You guys have suffered through an embargo with half the E-world and I haven't heard a peep from most of you. On behalf of our nation and every nation involved in the wargames, we thank you for your efforts to train the good guys, yourselves included, in the fight against PEACE.
