Ireland's Military Options

First of all, guys I'm back! I had an interesting excursion, being PP of a party in Belgium, CP candidate, 2x MoE in Belgium, and Spokesman of a party in Canada and part of an ATO in Canada. Truth be told, it was a hilarious run, and I'm glad to be back.

Now, in this article, I wished to cover almost all of Ireland's future military options. The most prominent would be to invade Canada by NEing them and attacking Newfoundland. This may not be the best as we are formerly, or even currently, good friends with Canada, even if they are LETO. (*Wink Wink* at USA)
The other option is of course an AIRSTRIKE! Now, I looked at all LETO/ProAsteria countries with Damage below or at Ireland's 10 billion a week.

Possible countries to airstrike include:
New Zealand
Australia
Montenegro
Israel
Norway
Uruguay
Austria
... and the others are all wiped...
NOW! Which ones are viable???
New Zealan😛 Has Deer resource.
Australia: Saltpeter, if not wiped.
Montenegro: Currently in India, with saltpeter
Israel: Currently Wiped by Pakistan
Norway: Friends???
Uruguay: Only one resource: Cattle, and we already have it. 🙁
Austria: Wiped
Looking at the above list, I'd say that our best chance would be either New Zealand or Montenegro, depending on whether or not they are wiped.
A more ambitious airstrike would need help from allies and *cough cough* rich guys from home.
