As most of the older players know by now, Patton is back.

What Does This Mean?

It means that I have examined the current situation in Ireland and decided to put my full force and effort into improving my beloved eCountry once again. eIreland is a great eCountry, and I believe we can restore it to its previous level of activity. The inactive forums, unfrequented IRC channels, and non-existent political dialogue has to stop, or we are going to slowly sink into oblivion.

Ireland has always been a small country, but what was so great about us was that we had a real community. That's always been what has drawn me to this game and is what I want to bring back.

I am back and I will shake things up!

As for previous LVLs of activity It hard to achieve with population 1/3 what it was , Thats the eWorld over and worse in some once active countries,There are other reasons forum and IRC are underused too.
As for politics ,
Theres no room for politic amongst citizens when everyone should be in an MU and Partys have no meaning anymore the only thing Congress should be doing in a country this size is making it easier for MU's to operate and produce more bang per buck IMO.

There are a few political parties which strive for concrete politics, rather than social groups/MUs just sticking together - I'd say the problem at the moment is people changing ideology to suit their needs, rather than overall political movements.
