After three years, return back to the game I found everything very changed. I've been watching the scene, wars, political parties and I've noticed that there is little participation of women in leadership positions in politics and important within hosts Where are the women? Do you cover behind men? Are we a minority? Do not aspire to power? We must wake up and take the power girls in this game.

You're right, but is the most important part of the game and no women in the 70 countries is president. My question is: why?

Other countries have had a lot of female Presidents. Perhaps not as many are interested in the job as they once were. Seems that's true for any player, not just women.
