Introducing the Procreate and Populate Party

Day 2,297, 03:01 Published in Australia Australia by Callumh123

Good evening eAustralia, today I bring to you a new party. To many eAustralians this name is part of a nostalgic past, to some you may have heard of the ‘PaPP’ in passing. But on this day, March 5th, 2014 the party is coming back.

The party was originally formed in June 2009 as eLabour but the party under that form never took off and only was able to reach a small membership base. However, a man named Paul Hamon came along and began to aggressively recruit members which worked to a tremendous success, with the party quickly gaining 50 members. Soon after that Paul Hamon was elected Party President and then took it upon himself to call the party the Procreate and Populate Party. After it was renamed, it got itself into the top 5 parties and began campaigning in the Senate.

The Party has always been eager to give young players a go, and at the time, much to the disdain of the major parties. The PaPP has always had its roots well-grounded in the spectrum of younger players and grooming them into leaders of the party and then ultimately Australia. The Party quickly grew to the point that it directly challenged the grip of the top parties the Australian National Party and the Australian Military Party.

From there on, the PaPP did well regularly in Senate and helped many new players through party sponsored programs and Government ones. The Parties downfall began when the Indonesian PTO started and they quickly attacked the PaPP and took over, with many members moving to seek refuge in other parties. After a while, the PaPP caucus (That comprised of current players Majester and Arfman as well as others) decided to merge with the More Beer Party lead by Miss Wolf and Datreal.

The Party lived on through the More Beer Party and to an extent the Green and Gold Party.

Now close to five years on from the party’s formation, The Party is getting its well-deserved revival. It has been a long time coming, something I have wanted for a long time to do. But in the last month I have been planning meticulously to the point I believe this party can be sustainable well into the future and be of great importance for the citizens of Australia.

It has been long perceived that the days of meaningful politics are over, the PaPP want to change that. To many the idea of player retention and babyboom is intangible, the PaPP want to change that. When creating this party, these were the two most important aspects I wanted to touch on because they are the most ailing areas in Australia.

We want to change that by changing the culture of setting those two aspects aside for other issues. In our party, those aspects are the most important.
The way we plan on doing this is by advocating incentives for helping retaining players within our own party and advocating for the Government to add a dedicated BabyBoom Department.

In politics, we plan on having clear set goals for each Senate, with legislation we want to make, amend and revoke and add some meaning to being in Senate other than the gold. We advocate for every Senator from our party to donate their gold to the JDS. The PaPP will be running a weekly radio podcast on events happening in Australia as well as competitions and initiatives. However I will not delve in any further for the sake of TL😉R.

Now I present to you the Party Policy of the Procreate and Populate Party, which is based off the original one:

Health & Wellness Education

PaPP believes that all new players deserve a fair chance at high energy. We work to ensure that newer players are educated on how to maintain their wellness, rather than given needless handouts. Give a man a fish and he eats for a day, teach a man to fish and he eats for a year. We will encourage regular donations to the JDS to help with their programs.

Increase Population

Citizens can directly help recruit babies into eAustralia. More citizens make for a secure and prosperous eAustralia. PaPP will work to directly recruit new citizens and direct government efforts towards this critical endeavour. We support reformation of a Department of Baby Boom, to solely work on getting more players into the game.

Increase Retention Rate

We will increase retention rate by actively engaging newer players in showing them the ropes and pointing them to all the resources the Australian government provides. Why have health and mentoring have programs and then not publicize them and allow our babies to die? The more babies that grow up, the stronger the eAustralian economy will be leads to a stronger eAustralia for all.

Rank & Strength

Australia's security can be improved by aggressively improving the Rank & Strength of the average citizen. A high ranked and strong citizen is a strong Australia. We will strive to implement gold loaning programs to rapidly advance the power of a new citizen in particular.

Cabinet Power and Responsibility

The PaPP believes that the Cabinet is the most important part of the eAustralian government, and we believe that minimal interference should be placed on them by the Senate. The separation of the Cabinet and the Senate is important in ensuring that our political machine runs smoothly. We believe in 100% transparency from our Governments, and yearn for regular information updates. We also support the use of talkbackradio or similar programs to engage with the masses via a different platform. The PaPP will be running PaPP Radio which will run weekly.

Military

We believe in a strong military with high levels of funding, which is possible through our focus of education rather than handouts. We support the actions of our allies, and we actively support actions taken by our close allies. The PaPP wants to educate new players and help them garner as much experience as possible, which is why the PaPP will continue a PaPP mentoring program for players under the level of 28. The PaPP will strive to ensure newer players have the best possible experience and enjoy playing the game. Military Units are the backbone of the Australian military, and we actively support any initiative to take the strain off the budget while keeping our military strong and efficiently managed.

Economy

Lower taxes are essential in the growth and development of our nation. We are a country rich in resources and therefore the PaPP supports Australia holding all tangible regions, or seeking regions elsewhere that might be add to a stable resource balance.

Another article will be out in quick succession.

So for now I will leave you with this: JOIN OR DIE, or don’t.

Oh and,
