Voice of Bourgeois is cycle of newspaper articles in which I interviewed a number of successful businessmen, through which I will get You closer to their recipe for success in eWorld.
We come in contact with people who have Five or more companies within one organization.
We will ask them many questions, among which are those of the very success and many taboo questions which has long circulated in eWorld of Business but many are afraid to ask them.
Our Guest is One of the strongest players in eRepublik, the man who owns many companies, dozens of workers and one who gained a great respect from many workers,

Ond3L:
This character has belong to My friend ,but after he decide to retire He give it to me, but at that time,this character doesnt have any company or big amount of gold so, to be frankly, I never know whats Ond3l's means.He is recognized by AFAIK ondel-ondel, the one of the traditional puppet in Indonesia.

When you come up with the idea to enter in business world
and did You have-had any partner(s)?
Ond3L:
Many of your readers were not even eBorn, long time ago I must admit.
As at the beginning, so it is now, I didn't had a partner, because I do not needed Him,
But it is all a matter of individual choice.
Voice of Bourgeoise:

Can you explain to us, how Your "Empire" came to this big measures,what amounted was Your initial capital?
Ond3L:
Oh, I forget to be honest, its was long time ago,maybe around 1000 IDR and the exchange rate was around 1 gold = 25 IDR.Good capital brings quick results,
as higher risk brings higher capital.

Ond3L:
As everyone its need to learn to get inside mechanism of eBusiness, find best trading partners, but above all, find loyal employees,invaluable.

Workers, pray to Your Bosses so they raise Your salary...

Did You ever took the loan,so You could survive in the market, or perhaps moving company on higher quality?
Ond3L:
I'll be very direct to that question.I nevet took any kind of credit, frankly, I had enough initial capital to survive, and the revenue of the companies I invested in the progress of My industry.

Interesting, but please, tell us, after how much time you have second company?
Ond3L:
Hmm, it was still a beta version of eRepublik.Right after gaining enough profit to pay the costs of the first company, I opened another, this cycle is continued later.I just follow the company's cost so I know where to invest in the future.

We hope that future businessmen pay more attention to market movements, so they don't come into the situation to sell company after fifteen days from the opening.

Mr.Ond3L, this question is regarding many of current and future business executives, the question that many call for patriotism, but many are turning on simple profit, please tell Us,Have you turned more to domestic or foreign markets, which market has brought you more profit?
Ond3L:
Very interesting question, from my point of wiew, domestic market is better since u know the culture of it.But all depends on the state where you started the job, many states can't load your goods on its market, if you find in that situation, I suggest you immediately go to another market, because it has nothing to do with patriotism unless you are a National company but even that can't be in 100% of cases.

Am doing that since I can remember

Tell Us, Have You ever unjustified lift the wage of workers with justification that You follow working market prices, etc.?

Am honest with my workers,I always modify my worker's salary according to their skill.

But,When You get the application from Your employees to fire them in order He go to Homland war, Vote in Elections, better work place etc,
Have you ever refused such requests in order that you get more profit from his future work in Your company, as he cant quit because mechanism of game don't allow that?

if i can summarize:
1. higher capital is neccesary to ensure the run of the business as well as to grow it.
2. Only make companies in profitable market (raw material is suck)

Last year he have around 15k Gold when I was trusted with his companies..
I believe now he has approx 300k+ gold, hidden in various Organization all over the world.. even the admin buy gold from him to sell it to the Americans..
