Infowar Will Run A Second Term

Day 2,478, 11:47 Published in Australia Australia by Infowar

G'day! eAustralians!

First I would like to discuss my running a second term. We had asked in APP to elect a candidate, and as I am available to run a second term I placed my name as a candidate now have been elected a second time as the APP candidate. I just want to say that this action was decided before knowing that Molly Jo would run also, and I don't doubt that she is capable of doing a good job if re-elected as CP herself.

I just want to say that despite my lack of articles during my term, I have worked really hard to push eAustralia forward. I gave as much as I could during my term. As I told you all before I work full-time, there were many days during my term where I went without sleep so that I could do my best to serve this nation. My main focus was strengthening foreign policy. I really believe that we have come a long way these past few months. The reason for that is that we had leaders who understood the importance of making an effort to strengthen relations with Asteria/LETO and Asgard nations these past few months. My biggest fear is that a CP will come into power and fail to a) Attend the LETO meetings or send a representative b) Fail to pay LETO taxes (these taxes are used as COs to help LETO countries in important battles), and c) Make no efforts to assist our allies. These three things are extremely important, without LETO we will not be able to grow and we will be without hope like we were during TWO. LETO and Asteria have been really good to us lately, and eAustralia should feel honored to be a part of LETO and Asteria. We have made some great friends believe me, and if we continue with our efforts to get involved in foreign affairs and assist our friends we will only become even stronger.

I have seen a real interest in eAustralia by foreigners lately. I have done interviews with various nations wanting to know more about us, and if they can become a citizen etc... You will noticed that we are growing again. You will notice that we have been accepting some honest hard working immigrants into the country lately also. They will help activity here, that will bring even more players who will fight for us, and then in turn those players will bring more RL Aussie players too as when new players arrive they will want to stay and get involved as eAustralia becomes more exciting and more engaged and involved with both national and international affairs.

I have learned a great deal this term, it was a real experience. I had times where it got really difficult, but I did my best. I had told you that there would be action during my term, and I feel that I have fulfilled that part at least 🙂

I did an interview with the Norwegian press about details on the Finland Airstrike, I think that interview goes into more detail about my feelings and what we had to go through etc.. That interview should be published in the Norwegian press within the next day or two for those who are interested.

If I were to be re-elected, I would probably be a little more conservative this time around, I would apply the lessons I learned from the first term. Also, I have a lot of unfinished business which I would take time to complete, and I would probably focus more time to address the nation and put out more articles. It's not easy starting and finishing big operations during one term, many things continue into the next and it's always hard to walk away feeling that the work has not been completed, it's part of the reason why I decided to run a second term.

If re-elected I will continue to strengthen our foreign relations, and I would be open to participating in operations with allies. Also I had started talks with LETO about a second possible air-strike in a more suitable region which has only just become available. But there are some technical problems that would need to be solved if that were to happen.

Another thing I have realized is that in this game there are many things that happen unexpectedly, in which a decision has to be made quickly otherwise an opportunity can be missed.. There was an opportunity earlier on in the term to really get rid of Chile and FYROM from Australia at the same time. At that time Chile was ASing Asia and planning to attack China so they were too busy with that, and determination was being reset here so they only had a couple of regions same with FYROM... At that moment I believe we could have got rid of Chile and FYROM.. I had contacted various Asteria nations, but in order to succeed it would have required swift action. Unfortunately, the nations contacted were not quick enough to act or reply, so the opportunity was again lost.. But it was probably one of the greatest windows of opportunity I have seen, and it made me think that it is possible to get Chile out.. When FYROM were here, it was much easier to get Chile out as they occupied less regions, now that FYROM have gone, if Argentina leaves Chile will just take back those regions and it will be a lot more difficult to get them out than before. The good news is that I heard that TETAS is failing, and they are having problems. If TETAS fails, it will be possible to get Chile out of our core regions.

Anyway, eAustralians whoever you vote for not just now but in the future, just remember to do your best to choose someone who is trustworthy, honest and who will take care to expand on the hard work those before them have laid out in regards to foreign policy and LETO. Anyone interest in cabinet positions in the event that I am re-elected please don't hesitate to contact me.

Kind Regards:
