This article is being republished as it is important to let new players know what did and is going on in Denmark. Also because the recent articles in the Danish media have had very little interesting topics and content. Enjoy.
Hello everyone and hello to all the new players in eRepublik. I’m writing this article to inform old and new players about the evil deeds of the PTO’ers from Serbia.
Some of the new players might not know what a PTO’ers is, so I’m going to explain it, briefly. A PTO is “Political Take-Over” and is a phenomenon that can be explained like this: A big group of people from another country, in this case Serbia, pick a little country like Denmark, with a very little population and get citizenship by any means and I mean by any means, but I’ll get back to that later. When the PTO’ers has enough people with citizenship they are able to fix every election as they see fit and control the Danish government as they like. They can even steal from the national treasury as they did in this case, but I’ll get back to that later as well.
You should now get the idea what a PTO (Political Take-Over) is and you should also know that Denmark is not the only country who has been a victim of such phenomenon. Personally I consider it a flaw in the game that something like this can take place in a game that “tries” to replicate the real life. But hats off to what eRepublik is so far. Who knows what the future will bring?
Okay, down to business. In this article, I’ll try to get as many details as possible about what and why it happened. I will present facts that the PTO’ers will deny and ignore. Their only purpose in Denmark is to oppress and control those who are not with them. Simple.
Let’s get started.
Half a year ago…
Yes, that is how long it goes back and probably longer, but this is good enough. A bug in the citizenship module was used by 3 guys known as; Maaki, Gusterforgrill and Ocnizal. These 3 guys gave citizenship to over 50 PTO’ers. All these citizenships were all granted within a little week! This is not possible according to the system!

Nothing was done by the administrators. But hey, who wants to admit such a big mistake?

I should mention that Maaki and Gusterforgrill have both been banned from the game because of the use of multiple accounts, not the abuse of a bug.
If you are new, you are probably wondering why they got banned. It’s simple, really. If you use more than ONE account in eRepublik you WILL get banned from the game and you will have to make a new account. Read the rules!
Let’s move on to some month, later on!
As you may have figured, it took the PTO’ers a very, very long time to finally get their dirty hands on Denmark. For every congressional election, the PTO’ers came closer and closer to majority and every time they got someone into the congress. They could then grant a group of new PTO’ers Danish citizenship. This could of course not only be achieved by granting citizenship alone. Using multiple accounts was also something the PTO’ers used. You see, it’s actually very easy to use multiple accounts, without getting caught with your real account. This article is fairly new, but explains how easy it is to use multiple accounts and fix elections in the game.
Now, now! Of course I’m not going to accuse the PTO’ers of using multiple accounts without proof. I have a list of every PTO’er and can see how many of those have been banned for multiple accounts and yes, it’s quite the amount.

They stole from the Danish treasury! Yes, it’s true. It may come as a shock, but they did go as far as to steal from the treasury. How did that happen you might ask? Well… They finally got the majority in congress and therefore have the power to do practically anything with Denmark as they see fit.

Let me point out that “DANMARKS BANK” and “Bank of Denmark” is both a hoax made by the PTO’ers. If you look at the donations from the banks, you will quickly see that all of the donations have been made to various non-Danish organizations or people. Most of the money have vanished and have most likely been sold on the monetary market to hide their trace.
How they got the final piece
Many of you are probably wondering how the hell they got Denmark to its knees. Let me tell you! It is no secret that the Danish population worked closely with a group of socialists to secure Denmark from the PTO’ers. But sadly, the socialists (now communists) switched sides and made a deal with the PTO’ers. Yes, you can’t trust a communist. Lesson learned. The boy behind the communists was Nero Superbus and was a bit of an extremist who is no longer playing the game (WOOHOO!). However, before he left, he managed to do a lot of damage to Denmark. Just over a day he turned Denmark into a communist state and all that møg that comes with it.

The negotiations…
For a short while, a negotiation between the Danes and the PTO’ers were held, but was instantly dropped when the Serbian demands was presente
1. The president of Denmark must be a Serbian (IRL) of all time!
2. Control of Danske Bank - the Danish National Bank - holding all our currency and Gold, and used to stabilize our currency.
This of course was nothing the Danes would consider and therefore took a short laugh and did a quick /facepalm.

Final notes / Conclusion
So, why did they do it? Some of them said they were bored…
They did it to earn some money and of course, earn a few medals from winning elections etc.

It was, and also is very common by the PTO’ers to lie about the Danes. Calling them “Swedish agents” etc. This of course can we only laugh at, but spreading lies about people, outside the game is low.

I agree that it is important that new fish learn about our eDanish history.
But I think the current situation is even more important. That proposed mutual protection pact with Serbia looks like a stratagem to drag us into World War 5. And Vuk is getting himself impeached for the same reason.

And much as I like Jan, I think he is up to something very like that, escalating strife in Denmark to the point where the situation can be SETTLED, as it definitely is not as long as eSerbs have a foothold in the middle of EDEN territory.
I do not want such a SETTLING. I just want the PTOers OUT.
So for Jan I would suggest an alternative. As long as there is no "Mutual protection Pact" Serb soldiers have a hard time getting here to use Denmark as a bridgehead. And an equally hard time getting home to protect agains sudden attacks against ESerbia.
The obvious solution would be to declare Denmark Neutral, and tell the eSerbian nation that if they sign such a pact, as proposed by Denmarks PTOers, Why then Poland is going to get very very pissed,
OK, so that is not a plan. But I am sure Jan could make it one.

Trouble is I have good reason not to believe anything you say,
Firstly because you have been caught in lies so many times.
And secondly because you tried to defend your lie with "So what. It is only a game."
But I guess you really do not understand how that fails, and how it fails you even more when it comes to trustworhyness.
Incidentally that is also why I never proposed making a deal with the PTOers in the above posts. Any deal made with the PTOers is worthless. It has to be between ePoland and eSerbia.

Angua you didnt play in that time, but 4 months ago, we didnt have protection against Sweden, so they attacked us very soon when we got crillep impeached. We lost 2 of 3 regions because of that, and now while we have mpp with Serbia we dont have to fear about that anymore. 🙂
