Realmente estoy indignado, pues hemos puesto horas de organizacion, invertimos recursos, movimos aliados, todo para NADA!!

Si mi memoria no me engaña, el mes pasado hicimos la misma hazaña, "recuperar territorio el 23 del mes, asi poder tener congreso", y si tuvimos congreso, recuperamos CEC como a las 19 horas del dia 23 y pudimos meter candidatos al congreso.

Si bien este mes, quisimos hacer lo mismo, nos llevamos la sorpresa que llegando la tarde, Paraguay sale victorioso de la batalla en CEC contra Brasil, no pudimos meter candidatos al congreso por un "bug" en el boton de "Run for Congress", enviando tickets masivos, obtuvimos la siguiente respuesta:

Dear Citizen,

Thank you for your report!
We have checked this issue and found nothing wrong.

The number of seats available per region are set at the beginning of day 23rd of each month.
If your country had no regions at that time I'm afraid that is normal that the country to remain without any congressmen.

We apologise for the inconvenience that this issue may have caused.

Ok, pero como el mes pasado pudimos??, consultemos al wiki oficial, el mes pasado decia esto:

What happens to the total number of congress members if we conquer region during elections?
A: There is 2 different cases:
The region is conquered 23rd of month between 02:00 and 23:59:59: the successful candidates from that region will be added to the original number of congress members (original amount + congress members from the new region)
The region is conquered after 23r😛 Nothing changes as no one can run from the newly conquered region.

Oh, vaya sorpresa cuando lo vimos hoy:

The number of seats available per region are set at the start of the 23rd of each month. If the number of regions change after that day, Congress Members / region will not be recalculated. Instead following things happen:

The number of congress members that should get seat from lost region will be left out from the number of total congressmen in country
Example: From each region five congress members are chosen. If one region is lost during elections, the number of total congressmen in country will be reduced by 5.
Any regions gained after 00:00 on the 23rd will not count towards the number of regions.
Example: If a country has no regions on the 22nd but gains one on the 23rd they will not have a congress that term.
