Join the new world

Good day everyone, I am C.C. (remember it is pronounced C-2!), your newly elected Empress. I am overjoyed by your generosity and plan to provide the best experience out my new role. I have a few topics to bring up, I hope you won't mind.

Now I know there were problems with Empress Day itself. It was held late and not many citizens knew about it. AstonReynold did a good job of setting up this month's event but I propose some changes to be made:

If it is alright, I would like to suggest that the next Empress Day be held on the first of the month and every month as such thereafter starting in January. I also propose that the previous Empress be the one to bring about the next month's Empress Day activities. Think of it as a sort of Miss America pageant in which the old Miss brings in the new one.
This gives the Empress new powers and a reason. Previous Empresses were elected and did nothing else other than say a winning speech

Another topic brought up to me was one about a need for more cultural events. I read in Akabeko Advent that Akabeko had tried to hold a Culture Day but not many people entered into the activities. It is sad to see so many citizens see a festival being held but not want to attend.
I enjoyed the idea as many others did and wish to re-enact one of the events from that day, the Order of Culture. Please take your time to suggest who you wish to receive the award and vote when voting begins. (Order of Culture event information at bottom of article)

Now I would like to personally thank all of my competitors. It was all really fun and your entries were a delight. This month was a bit slow but those who entered did so well I thought I had no chance at all, especially against a fellow Code Geass character.
I'd also like to thank AstonReynold for holding this month's events as well as Akabeko and Dareru Danoshi for hosting me.
Others I would like to thank are the SOS Brigade for ongoing support for my manager and Crawling Chaos for his respect and dignity in the midst of confusion. You have my support for the next Empress day CC²!!!

I apologize for the late speech because Thanksgiving and Congress elections were held so close together and thus Akabeko could not get my message out in time. I hope you will forgive us!

If there is anything any citizen wishes to ask of me, please send a message to the Akabeko org with my name in the header and write personally to me. I will take any words you wish to say to me with respect and will take any event suggestions for this month.

ORDER OF CULTURE

Suggest and vote on who you think has done the most to improve eJapan culture. Entrants can be prominent in the arts, government, and other social standings. Multiple suggestions can be made.

Rules:
-Send suggestions to the Akabeko org.
-Entrants suggested must come with a paragraph on why they deserve to win the Order of Culture.
--You cannot suggest yourself.
---If you want yourself not included in the contest, contact Dareru Danoshi.
-Must be eJapan citizen, Organizations cannot be suggested.
-After 3 Days (On Friday, December 4th) a vote will be started where citizens vote on the top suggestions.
--Results will be given the following day.
