In Captured Belgium
Nemo Mobilis
I was there, I watched the shells fall like rain, I saw our nations finest grind the immoral invasion to a halt and turn the tide. Paddyohale, Lotfire, Roadrunnerspeed, and all of us in uniform who gave their all into the fight to protect our sovereignity. Then wounded I slept, and awoke, and to what? A tattered tri-color flying above Charleroi, I was now in occupied Belgium. To my surprise upon awaking I had gone unnoticed. Furrowing my brow I strode from the debris only to find French fighting French. A resistance war had sprouted out during my slumber as well. It was then that I realized that there were cameras and press all around. This war was televized, moreover the shots fired were blanks!
Mon Dieu!
The French are trying to paint themselves as liberators! They are fighting "themselves" to show that a democratic government is coming to power in Belgium. No more tyranny, they're saying! These perfidious little people in their pressed uniforms and their blue PEACE emblems. We can only surmise by these deceitful actions one thing, that they shall free Belgium, so they may enslave it for PEACE and make a mockery their elections.
I must however remain here, until the fights are over and "free" Belgium is founded under their Vichy government. Then I may return to England and home and work day and night until my Belgian brothers have their home again!

I found myself in a similar situation today. Unfortunately, I had no FRF with which to buy a moving ticket back to eUK, there were no FRF on the money markets being sold for GBP, all the newspapers were in french (I had to go and find the uk media to read this article) and I'd been kicked out of my political party because I'm not in Britain any more. Woe is me!
