Not quite a catchy title, but its still irritatingly hot in Seattle. I'm leaving tomorrow, won't be around the entire day excepting snatches here and there on layover. I return to full activity on tuesday.

There are a couple issues facing Canada besides the obvious, so I'll do my best in this article to address them as they come.

The Hungarian Goal

The Hungarians have had ample time to attempt an attack on BC, New Brunswick, or Ontario. They have not. They have however, made their priority goal the linkage of eastern and western PEACE areas through North America and obtaining our high resource regions...baring some unexpected development, this will be completed at the end of the battle of washington.

There are several possibilities for what come next in this war.

1) PEACE attempts to take the remaining Canadian territories including Ontario

In this case we are looking at only two alternatives, an eventual PEACE conquest of the entirety of Canada or the attrition of PEACE forces who come to believe that Canada is not worth conquering. In either case, the government has developed a 'continuation of government plan' to organize Canadians in the aftermath of a defeat in Ontario, and to eventually reclaim our regions.

2) PEACE does not attempt to take remaining Canadian provinces. No peace is declared.

In this case, we are looking at indefinite guerrilla war until an event such as a game mechanic change, reset, or political development within PEACE changes the status quo. During this period, the number one priority of the government will have to balance the desire of Canadians to liberate homeland regions with the concern that in doing so we would be giving PEACE free training wars. Canadian financial situation, balanced as it would be on foreign imports and only wood as a resource, would become a concern as the economy bleeds. The Canadian government continues to operate as normal.

3) PEACE with Peace.

This is unlikely under my administration unless Canada retains full territorial sovereignty. We can replace gold...we cannot replace high resource regions.

In any of these scenarios, the government has a clearly defined course of action. In any of these scenarios we will continue to work with our allied governments and to plead our cause in the world media. We will not, at any point, give up. Even bereft of an "in game" Canada we will not give up. Period.

The Fee for Canadian Citizenship.

There is no fee, however much certain Hungarian congressmen would think. If any Congressmen messages you stating that they will accept your candidacy for citizenship for gold, please do not accept. It is a scam.

The Presidential Elections

We are still concerned about the possibility of an attempt by Hungary to attempt to steal the Presidential election, especially if they have had people with citizenship planted in Canada before the changeover. The Government and CSIS is monitoring the situation and will keep you informed.

Immigration Canada and Tyler Durden

Citizen B at Immigration Canada and Tyler F Durden have been working tirelessly to move stranded canadians to Ontario. If you are stranded in Hungary, France, or the UK and wish to be moved back to Ontario to aid in its defense and Canada's military effort, please contact Immigration Canada or Tyler F Durden immediately.

Economic Contingencies

The Government will shortly be lowering import taxes on resources that are currently not under Canadian control such as grain. Business leaders with any advice, concerns or comments are directed towards Dean22 or Moffington for more explanations.

Are in the Wire Service of Canada but to repeat, please defend Washington. If nothing else it provides you with more battle experience to rank up with, and more experience that will eventually net you more gold.

DAL and CSD

Finally, Canada's two largest parties have nominated me for a third term as President of Canada. I am honoured to accept the nominations of the Democratic Action League, and the Canadian Social Democrats. While I did not expect nor intend to run for a third term, I do place the continuation of government to be essential to the continued prosecution of this war. I do not believe that now is the time for wholesale and disruptive change.

This has been a tough time for Canada, but we are comforted by the fact that we have done more and have withstood more than many other countries would or could, and that while others are pondering surrender, the Canadian people stand tall and defiant towards its oppressors. Again, I thank you for your support, your time, your efforts and your patience, as we continue this long war for our freedom.
