This list was set up for a variety of reasons including agreeing to run to members of Clan Wolf, but mostly on my personal beliefs when it comes to Candidates, including the placement of Fulva in an effort to get a player there first congress medal. Also as Party President, I want to apologize for the lack of substance to this article, haven't had much free time due to personal concerns.
