here is a second list of some ideas to coincide with the first list. it will further expand on the ideas of Referendums and Secession.
1. Provincial Flags: the flag of the province you live in incorporated into the game. Example: the US province of New York or the Canadian province of British Columbia have their State/Provincial Flags put into the game which, if Independence is declared, become the National Flag.
2. Provincial Districts: to help expand on the map. Example: if you live in the US province of Texas, do you live in the District of Dallas or Houston or another part of it. we can't use every district so use the division like in to about 5 Districts per Province. this will also make slightly more realism because it doesn't take a day to take over a region as large as Siberia.
