This is not fair to the citizens who work paycheck to paycheck just to feed themselves and stay under a roof who want to run for congress against this guy. This is not cool, and ultra lame. Don't vote for this guy....

I apologize for the actions of my party member. I did inform him that the best way to get votes is to PM the people in the region but I never suggested or condoned bribery.
This is Crokage's first attempt at congress, I'm sure it was an honest mistake.
I got that too - Told him I was anti-bribe so wouldn't be voting SOS.
Crokage sent one to me too. Appears he messages citizens outside of the country and those who were currently not a member of a party. He may have also messages members of parties who were not in the top 5. Not hearing many reports if any of people in Top 5 getting messaged.
I was not in a party when I received this message.

omg you guys are weird its not a bribe .... i just asked for help and i didnt want you guys to pay for tickets , also i offered 2 gift and a q3 food so that your wellness will remain the same as it was the day before !!! its not a bribe .... and please use your brain before writing such silly articles about me :S
You should have said in your emails that you're willing to cover people's traveling expenses.
Otherwise it looks like bribery if you just list the gifts and give no explanation. Even if your motive is a honest one.
Crokage: Its part of politics and the way things go here in Erepublik. Also giving anything will be seen as bribery, plus it isnt gonna help you to go in defnesive mode, just say "sry didnt know it" and let it be.
It's all good. Just make sure you learned you lesson and all. We had an incident like this a couple years ago when I was in my 3rd term as President, it was pretty serious and what not. Just trying to make it clear, giving incentives to vote for someone, is straight-up; don't care how you look at it, bribery.
