Taxation Of Occupied Regions - please, read this carefully - as I see it, the country ocuppying the foreign region will pay the tax

the key word is "from"

exactly, the next sentence specifies:
"The tax revenue is based on the number of regions a country possesses"

Well you both are right...The address apoints on taxation, when the article says collecting taxes...now,whats right?

RW medal,hah....but it doesnt says on which side you need to fight, the occupied one or for the occupier ,or it would be your choice??🙂 ...there wont be any balance , only new dead citizens 😒

giving 5 gold to people that fights in 3 battles for the resistance force do.

I play eRep for almost an year, and still far away of fulfilling a mercenary medal. I am simply not interested in such a medal, a lot of expences for a symbolic reward! The same will be with this RW medal

i just have 1 mercenary too, but you can find tons of people with a lot of mercenary medals. Freedom fighter medal will be the most easy medal of all, 3 battles dealing 25-50-75 kills? You have to spend like 200ff to acomplish the hard one.

It *might* help some stronger countries in their resistance wars, but what about the small ones? For example who will fight in a resistance war for Saudi Arabia against Greece? Or against Poland, China, etc...

Poland, Serbia, Hungary and now Spain have all had their economies destroyed by a practice which the new FF medal will further incentivise. Previously freedom fighting provided no gain other than via a CO, now it can generate a fairly attractive return. I see this as a plus that should benefit smaller nations.

Silly question. Who's *ever* fought for SA against anybody!? That country has no population, no one should be expecting miracles with the new medal.

The changes clearly benefit the occupators - occupators are given money . There will be usually 1-2 successful resistance wars per day, they will come will come from the training wars, no sane man will hit for the medal early in a battle with an unknown results. Well, maybe there will be more training wars, but the real occupations will be harder to break as the occupator have more money for CO.

I think the same. Cannot imagine that they would say 'more money for occupiers' and "Freedom Fighters" in the same update. They want resistance to grow 🙂

Make no mistake.. They are no fools. RW's cost money. If they funnel your taxes to an occupier, occupied countries will have no option but to purchase gold and chests. They know exactly what they're doing.

dafuq rly. why on earth thought someone this would be a good idea to implement into the game...

Details to be released... we have no guarantees what the new game mechanic is, yet.

Will they give tax revenue from occupied nations to the conqueror?
Will the oppressed nation get revenue from occupier for business in their region?

Are they going to give the big nations even more advantage and end this game?
... or are they going to try and breathe a little life into eternally occupied nations?

I look forward to the next update on the occupy tax.

He is a roma-nian guy helping his servian brothers. There is no logic in this game same as leaving Kosovo under servia. I will abandon this game i just want to take as many players with me.

They outdid themselves. This, by far, is the dumbest thing they thought of and probably will act as a motivator for folks who were planning to leave the game some time soon ...

Not only taxes, debts must be implemented as well... Changing CS from the occupier to the occupied too... Temporary ban from the occupier to the occupied too... This "game" becomes ridiculous every single day... 😉

Actually it makes sense - as long as the occupied country pays taxes for having all the bonuses of the ocupators' country. 🙂
