I Have A Proposal For eAustralia
I know the reason why we have the National Bank of Australia, but I want to know people's thoughts on my idea.
Clearly The NBA's security has been breached. We placed the blame on SoR last time, but when a new PM comes into power the passwords are changed. So that means it eliminates him as a suspect unless he changed the email for the org. You see if he had control over the email then he would be able to see what the password is at all times. Now for the sake of this article I'm going to assume this has been done.
So that means that it falls with someone who currently has access and had access then as well. I don't know who did but I'm sure you will all tell me in the comments. Once more not the purpose of this article.
I feel that a new org should be created and more closely monitored to prevent future thefts. That is one idea.
Or maybe we should just keep funds in the treasury until we need them. Now I'm most likely gunna get flamed for that. People will say but what if a PTO happens! or how will we quickly distribute funds?
Well you will need to plan ahead better, and worst case scenario we need the money quickly, well it only takes 24 hours to get the funds out. So we would just need 24 hours to get our funds. Now lets say we are attacked by Indonesia. Well a battle go's for 24 hours so we would transfer the funds and most likely get them minutes after the first battle finishes.
I know what you are thinking, that sounds shit, that binds us. Think about it this way when Indonesia attacks us it will activate our MPP's. And lets all be honest the majority of any damage will come from our allies, we just aren't large enough or active enough for this not to occur. This is an ok fact, we all thought it.
But the war won't be won in one battle so during following battles we will have more funds.
As for the PTO fact, well these are much more difficult to do now that citizenship has been implemented. We will see a potential PTO coming anyway, so a protocol should be set for this sort of situation.
Also keep in mind I am saying we should explore how we transfer money from the treasury to orgs such as NBA, not cancel it out once and for all.
Just some food for thought.

The current system doesn't work. What you suggest is effectively unhackable, and only requires work in the event of invasion (and even then, only 1/7th of the money is in danger). So I'm in favour.
exactly. we cant afford to continue to lose thousands of gold.
Keep the money gold in the countries account untill we get attacked. An org can be created in a couple of minutes.

The lose of gold this time is believed to be by a cookie hack, the first one was password mismangement.
Just wanted to point that out, your theory is sound but the problem occurs when budgets are due. There is a set amount that you can withdraw at a time and each time requires the senate to vote on it. Right now we just have one vote and then the NAB dispurses the money which is more efficient.
A new ORG costs a whopping 5 gold. If you're government can't afford that, you should be in open revolt. I say, create a new ORG, and make sure the person with the email has nothing to do with ANYONE who had access to the previous org. The Admin can't monitor communication outside this game, so you will never know 100% who might have been involved.
I completely understand the efficiency part. thats why i say that we need to better plan out what we are going to do.
and as for the cookie hack its still not possible with this system.
This makes sense to me. I support this measure.
