I changed my avatar! [Great Victory of the Hungarian Nation!]

My friend F4llen4ngel has asked me politely and in an appropriate manner to change my avatar. He made me wonder what kind of an asshole I really want to be: the kind that manages to annoy hundreds of players and to keep them busy for a complete nonsense, or the kind that risks loosing his friends.
Well, I am definitely not risking to loose my friends

I have received the information that my avatar is copyrighted material. As a big fan of intellectual property, it is not in my nature to abuse the work of other people. So, ironically to the title of the article, I have changed my avatar.
I had to do my own artwork, in order to continue to be an asshole without hurting the REAL rights of people who actually have something to say about this matter.

Just received a bunch of messages, I will paraphrase only one, in order for you to get the picture:
"(blah, blah) remove your avatar (blah, blah) you are not avare of what does it means if this avatar is worn by a former Romania president..."
So, a few clarifications:
1. I am not a former Romanian president (thank god). I am a former eRomanian president, which makes a hell of a difference.
2. The avatar is obviously a "cloaking device" for the less critical compulsive voters. Don't worry, whoever falls for that doesn't read the media either, so my secret is safe for the moment.
3. The avatar, as an in-game item, has ABSOLUTELY NO HISTORICAL MEANING. There was no Treaty of Trianon in the New World. And, as a former eRomanian president I can be the proverbial scum everybody expects me to be, so it's fine.
4. Talking about real life symbolism, I would be very offended if I wore that image on a t-shirt and somebody would tell me that I don't have the right to. I know what it means, I live about 80 km from the Hungarian border in probably the most cosmopolite region of Romania and I share a more compatible view upon history than you might imagine.

Conclusions:
- I will not remove my avatar, because IN-GAME it doesn't bear any severe significance.
- I DO NOT intend to mock or disrespect any element of the real life history of the Hungarian nation. I deeply apologize to anybody who feels insulted, it never was my intention to do that.
- Once we have clarified all these aspects, if you are still insulted by my avatar, then my friend you are a moron and, sadly, nothing I say or do can change that.
So, let's have some fun in Ukraine! Heard there are some beautiful girls over here

So you admit that you are breaking Erepublik laws. The reason admins temporarly baned players with this avatar was that they mixed IRL politics and history into the game.

HUN-Cimbye: you should write an article stating that it is your own avatar, that you made, you hold the rights over it and you forbid anyone to use it unless written permission has been given.
From that second on, anyone wearing the avatar without your permission is in infrigment. Write an official "cease and desist" note to anyone you want, and voila, problem solved.

It seems funny for me. If Hungarians used it yesterday you have the same right to use it. If admins removed them, then they should remove yours to.

Symbols are always open to question and the questioning is usually done by the egg-heads that can't handle their lives and need to give every stupid little thing they relate to an awesome and powerful meaning

In my opinion, Ukraine is the biggest fake of the day. Romanians know they can not hold Podolia rigth now, and even if they vanish Ukraine from the map, it will be back in one day. Krolik's could block now and then, but the Germans can do it on the other side, so that wouldn't be a long term solution.

False. When the e-borders were created, the developers copied the irl borders, if there was no Treaty of Trianon in the New World, then some of regions under romanian, slovakian, ukranian, serbian, croatian and austrian flag are parts of Hungary originally.

dsalageanu, what is the purpose of this article? althgou i may agree to some issues there, i think you ask for some sort of penalty from admins. we have seen many good people being banned for stupid things. well, i fail to understand why some poeople do certain things un purpose to try see where the admins will draw the line. i had my share of admin-fighting, but our fight is with other people not with them.
so, cool down and let us fight the fights (military or political) here and not fight admins.
