How we can win this War! [serious]

I think we can take a lot of lessons from Russia in RL during WW2. What happened with Russia is similar to what is happening to the eUSA today. Germany was destroying them, France was conquered and all the attention was on Russia. It seems inevitable that Russia would fall, but they turned it around.
Not only did Russia turn around the war, they also rose to become the second world super power.
So how did they do it? Well there are a lot of reasons to contributed to this, but one of the major ones was cutting off the supply of natural resources to Germany.
I'm not sure if this has been considered, but a major objective of the eUSA is to attack and conquer the resource producing regions from PEACE.
During WW2, Russia lost many of their major territories, but held on to key areas that helped them continue to hold out. This is similar to us right now. We SHOULD let go of some of our territory, so we can focus on what is important. Keep our resource producing states to pump out weapons and concentrate our fighting.
In my opinion, the only way to win the war is to apply these strategies. Although RL isn't reflected exactly here, WW2 is a great lesson for us, specifically with Russia vs Germany.
Two steps we need to take:
Consolidate our territories and the territories of our allies. Let go of the junk states, forget about pride, we'll get them back later. Set up our defense line across a few states and stick to defending them. Canada should do the same along with our other allies.
Next, we begin assaults on key territories that PEACE controls. This may require our allies in Europe and around the world to initiate the attacks. If we can get into those battles and secure the iron territories, we're one step closer. No weapons for PEACE means they can't tank or be effective in their battles.
The last thing is to get our trump card out. Once we have this in place, that is when others will begin to question the leadership and goals of PEACE. This is when we can begin diplomacy with fringe PEACE members and have them either agree to neutrality, or even switching sides.
It's sad that right now some of our top leadership is resigning when this is the perfect chance to turn this war around. I feel these people cannot handle the pressure, which many can't, but it is resolve and strategy that will win this. eUSA isn't weak, neither are her allies. We just need to have a solid plan and execute it clearly.
It's time for the citizens of the eUSA and allies to start turning this war around. Contribute and bring your ideas to the table. Maybe one of our newest citizens has a strategy that will ultimately win the war for us.

Sounds great, except we can almost never counter attack due to game mechanics. So we just have to keep getting attacked everywhere.
Instead of forking over 4,500 gold to PEACE to make them stop, why don't they just use the gold to build a network of walls?
That is why we utilize an ally to initiate the attack. The sad reality is we have almost a dozen nations on our side but I'm sure they aren't being used to their potential. It takes a great deal of time and coordination, but if done right, the proper blocking can be put in place to allow for the first attack. If that one is won, a domino effect can begin opening up a possibility for a reverse of fortune.
Coordination is the key. Peace is timing all of their attacks perfectly. They are dictating where and when we will fight which ultimately will lead to disaster for the USA.
We have to break the cycle.

That will give you insight on how Russia turned the war in their favor. Specifically, how the Russian people were the ones who could be attributed with the victory.
PEACE could not have done this without eUK/eJapan's collusion. That is the element that holds out the most hope in reversing the situation. Backstabbers will never be trusted, no matter what they do from then on, so they are on PEACE's hit list. Buying some time by betraying friends will not save them from the coming storm.
The difference between PEACE and our allied nations is, like was suggested, coordination. Spain alone has put a few dents into France (who is backed by Hungary and Indonesia, no less). If we draw up battle lines we're almost even, with PEACE having a slight lead over us, but that can be taken care of with good tactics and planning. I think if we unify and start putting our heads together, instead of playing a continuously defensive game, we may be able to turn this around despite the grim appearance of it all.
As already stated, more coordination is needed. The inability of the current administration(I don't necessarily mean just HR) to switch tactics when it's obviously not working has contributed quite a bit as well.
F/E needs to stop thinking as F/E and start thinking more like F-E if you get what I mean.
I think there is not enough coordination among your allies...
..and too much political fuzz and fight present!
2 thing to correct:
it would have been a good idea to defend only important regions ( for example alaska and hawaii, sending 1-1 thousand people each so the west could have been secured. ) but know you lost almost every mayor teritory. Amost half of you companies lost. ALL high grain regions are lost. what else are to defend? The 2 fortress worth nothing. there is no high grain or any high resorce in them.
Second: You cant take away our weapon factories. I will see who and when will conquer any original hungaryan teritory . or reach Karnataka, WSR, Ural or other regions. Only Podolia is close enough but Romania tryed it and failed. So in short term these are out of question.
