In this game there isn't an easy way to make a lot of money. As far as companies go, only about half even generate a profit. And of the ones that do generate profit, most make very little at all. So if you have companies and you want to keep more money, then this article is directed towards you!
Currently for Q7 weapons companies your balance sheet looks something like this:
+288.40 ...20 Weps sold at 14.42 each
-240.00 ...4000 Raws bought at .06 each
- 14.42 ...Value Added Tax paid for selling
- 6.51 ...Paid Work Tax

= 27.47 Net Income
That is some nice money, but if you spend thousands of gold on a Q7 company wouldn't you want to be as efficient as possible? Luckily there is an easy way to increase your profits by up to 55%. This involves getting around that pesky 14.42 VAT that is eating so much of your profit! Your balance sheet could look like this:
+288.40 ...20 Weps sold at 14.42 each
-240.00 ...4000 Raws bought at .06 each
- 6.51 ...Paid Work Tax

=41.89 Net Income
Now that is a big difference! Even just a 5% VAT can make such a big difference in the end. All you need to do is sell your weapons here. By doing so, you will be able to keep so much more of your hard earned money! And this works for all companies. Not to mention if you can buy Raw Materials on the eRepublik Black Market for half a penny less than you could save another 20cc!
Of course to attract buyers you might need to reduce the price a little or even split the difference but that is all your choice! Even if you gave half of the savings to the buyer in the form of a lower price, you would still make 34.68 instead of 27.47. This will give you a huge advantage over everyone else and you can grow much faster.
Right now it costs 1107 gold to buy a Q7 company. Using the in game market system will take you 12,653 days or almost 35 years to get your money back! However, using the black market can reduce this by up to 8,298 days or almost 23 years. Although I would not recommend buying a Q7 company, if you already have one I would consider saving 12 years of your life.

My tip is that if you invested that much for a Q7 weapons (congratulations btw) then you should invest another 280 gold in eight Q5 WRM, then you don't have to buy WRM. If you're a gold buyer anyhow it is not hard, and you wouldn't own a Q7 if you're not a gold buyer.
I had 88 Q5 WRM and had 10 of my MU mates working in mine. We didn't worry about selling stuff. Everyone made their own free food and we had lots of pew pews to shoot. Life was good. Then the game was boring because there was no struggle.
Play the damn game, forget ROI.
hm, if you bought the q7 factory, you might as well buy 88 35 rubber plantations, and hire employees for the q7 factory 🙂 then save the weps in a stock pile and only sell once a year when there is a major war and hiring the employees is profitable 🙂

To repeat, I had 88 rubbers, 10 members of my MU, Pickle's Patriots, worked in my commune. I paid 1 cc per day + lots of weapons for everyone.
I gave weapons to worthy groups and people, never sold any. Q7 didn't cost us anything.
The only problem with this argument is that maybe it doesn't cost you anything for raws anymore and you think you are making huge profits on your tanks but in reality you lost just as much income using your raws instead of selling them. So at the end of the day you aren't any farther ahead by producing your own raws to use in your companies.
Again, my point is completely missed. I paid real cash money to buy erep gold specifically for the purpose that me and my friends should have Q7 weapons with no further expense. (I consider the WT negligible.) I DID IT FOR US TO HAVE FUN! I did not expect to make a profit.
You are most certainly welcome to pretend like there is some economy in erep. 4 years ago admin killed that part of the game. I had a profitable corporation with 65 employees. No way to make that happen today.

I don't give a crap if you want to spend hours trying to make a few cc. If that is fun for you go for it. I'm just saying I find a lot more fun interacting with people and playing the game.
