Given that the Festeralist Party is growing fast, the instructions should read to join the party in the top six parties with the least number of members except the Federalist Party. We may need to bolster others as well. Filling up the lowest one, will help ensure that. And it should be done as as a player's last action before they quit tonight (before 24:00) eR time.

All PPs should use their forums to send an urgent message to all of their membership.

The Top 3 Parties need to all send down a lot of people, I'd say as many as possible who arent Congressmen candidates. Honestly, fifteen people from each party switching for a couple days will be enough. Canadians, this is the political unity we are talking about, its about Canada, not our politics.

Clarification from the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Canada:

"11.2 Any player who immigrates to Canada shall be considered a Canadian Citizen after a period of 14 consecutive days of residence in Canada."

Such an executive order is unneccessary, for as these hungarians have spent only a few days within eCanada, they are not eCanadian citizens, and thus have no right to access to our forums.
