How Pizza the Hut ended up on the ballot

I signed on earlier today to find out Pizza the Hut was on the ballot in Chongqing, and that people were claiming we were running him on purpose.

The truth is he was only allowed on the ballot because a FEC blocker did not file for candidacy in Chongqing as instructed. I had spent the last week stringing Pizza the Hut along as I have done in the past, and had last assigned him to Hawaii on the FEC sheet. Late yesterday I instructed an independent blocker to go to Hawaii to make sure we had another candidate there just in case we held Hawaii. We lost Hawaii and the whole thing should have ended there, but Pizza the Hut somehow ended up on the ballot in ChongQing.

I do not blame the FEC for this mishap, nor do I blame the blocker who hopefully just made a mistake, but I do not believe it is fair to blame the ADTP for what is obviously a mistake that was beyond our control.
