Houses in eBe!

Day 2,436, 03:01 Published in Belgium Belgium by Kanselier

Dear Readers,

Hi all, i know most off you have heard about the new housing module:
Latest-Updates

Now i stumbled upon an intresting ePolish article which you can read here:
READ IT!
The original writer made some speculations and although its to soon to tell if he's exactly wright about everything, there is however one thing to be noticed which is very intresting for our general population but sucks for our companies and there managers.

Wages:

WAGES SKYROCKET!
CHECK THIS OUT!

At this very moment the highest wage to be earned is 82,74 cc netto in eSerbia
so i would like everyone not working in a commune or under a certain agreement to call up to resign there job and look for a more lucrative deal to earn more cc working.
Remember its not because your eBe citizen that you can't work abroad.

eBe entrepreneurs:

Now the bad news is for our company owners; we are a small country and competing whit larger nations in terms off wages is basically impossible.
And since houses are only able to be worked in using employees adding to that that eBelgium doesn't have housing resources every smart entrepeneur in eBelgium should stay away from the housing market.
Since you never can compete whit the wages.
Now unfortunatly wages are universal which also means it will be more difficult to get workers for other industries.

The most logic evolution will be that nations will need to specialise, wich will cause a higher turnout in all industries, which counters the effects off a small country like eBelgium to hardly or not find employees (food and weapons still have option to work as manager)
so specialise in those if you are willing to have companies in eBelgium.

Taxation:

Protecting our wrm and frm market just became even more important (buying low/selling high) to stimulate eBelgian development...
So its logic we put import tax higher for those overtime. As whit food and weapons, we already made a step in the right direction whit weapons but whit this update, it just became even more handy for our active eBe citizens.

Now if we look into the housing taxation, its a tough call, yes we should all avoid having such an industry (look above) but yes eBe citizens will sometimes be intrested in buying houses whitout moving.
So it sounds logic to use the same principles as in the other markets (buying low/selling high) on our markets and thus raising import taxes, suppose we don't we're basically not supporting our eBe active citizens and we're missing on foreign taxes, cause whatever we do our eBe housing prices will always be higher compared to bigger markets who specialise into housing.
So we'll attract more people buying smaller nation licenses, why not get a larger tax refund on those players as well (offcourse not to high, it still needs to be lucrative for them as well) but we as a nation can get some off it as well, thats why depending the evolution i'll propose a taxation off 10% as well on the import tax for eForeingers in eBelgium selling.

So to conclude:
- change job and get that higher wage
- eBe entrepreneurs stay away from housing
- taxation: reward our active eBe players and let the nation get a % off the profit off this new market as well.

Yours sincerly
