Help Montenego launch an airstrike

Greetings dear citizens of Venezuela.

As you may have noticed, Montenegro is getting ready to launch an airstrike. It is an idea which came up a few days ago, and after we talked to Serbia and the rest of alliance, the deal was made.

We haven't been at war for some time now, and we were the defenders, so now it's just the right time we attack someone.
