Happy Independence Day, Montenegro!

Dear friends,

Today is the one of the happiest celebration day in Montenegro.

7 years ago, on May 21, 2006 Montenegro has got back its independence. Little bit later, it has recognized and became member of numerous multinational organisations like UN and Council of Europe. Today, it is a candidate for EU and NATO.

55.5% voted YES to independence of Montenegro in the referendum, and 45.5% voted No.



I want to wish to my Montenegrins a HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY! 🙂
