Great questions, hopefully good answers!

Day 1,674, 13:19 Published in Belgium Belgium by Darrel Anderson 2

Hello everybody!

After declaring my candidacy for President of Belgium many questions arose, and rightfully so! Now I hope to answer them for you!

Darrel what POSITIVE change do you want to make in eBelgium?

A lot!

-Revitalization of the cabinet positions. Clarification of duties. Add and consolidate as necessary, and ensure the people are fairly represented.
-Increase population as necessary. Our nation is very vulnerable due to our low population and declining activity, this can be solved through incentive.
-A good incentive is to have FUN! Holding competitions and games.
-A strong military. Ensure a proper chain of command. Increase funding.
-Increase diplomacy. Revamp the MOFA.

More ideas will be released as the campaign continues.

Darrel are you active enough to serve as President?

Contrary to popular belief, yes in fact I am! I spend several hours a day on eRepublik, the forums and IRC. If the people of Belgium give me the honor of serving as President, I will increase my activity to the max!

Who are you, what drives you and are you on the forums?

Who am I? Well I have been an eCitizen for over 3 years now, and have spent the majority of my time in public service in the nations of the U.S.A, Taiwan and now here in Belgium.

My public record includes:
-Director of U.S Party Support [President Frost Administration] x1
-President of the Republican Party [Top 6 Party in the U.S.A, 156 Members] x6
-Vice President of the ADTP [Top 5 Party, USA, 256 Members] x1
-Vice President of the US Libertarian Party [Top 5 Party, 225 members] x1

-Vice President of Taiwan x1
-Director of Immigration x3
-Congressmen of Taiwan x3

What drives me? PEOPLE! I love to hear peoples ideas, thoughts and concerns. I then turn them into policy and like to hear their praise and criticisms, then tweak them to the liking of the majority.

And yes I am active on the forums.

How do you improve the economy?

-Lower taxes, reduce government spending, and promote business programs through the business ministry.

How do you plan on getting the support of the political parties?

I intend to chat with party leaders over the course of the next two days to introduce myself, talk with them about their concerns, and go from there.

Closing

Thank you all for the great questions! If you have any further questions please comment below! If they are more personal please feel free to friend me and PM me, I will answer ASAP!

I look forward to talking with all of you in the near future.

Thanks and good night Belgium,
